Got here on time Half hour before appointment... No doors for me have to wait.. There are no sign truck entrance.. If there was I didn't see it... Turn left at the 1st entrance truck entrance is on the right.. Looks like truck exit is in the back where I came in at 1st Only one gate open... Porta party out back there but nice restrooms up front by delivery doors...
Got here Monday evening checked in at guard check ,got a phone call the next morning at 0530 exactly like the security guy told me, My appointment was for 0600 at 0650 u received text to pay my lumper and was out of there, wish every Sysco was like that. This was the first Sysco to impress me
One of the worst places to deliver too. My appointment was at 08:00. I got here at 07:00. It took me an hour just to get to the guard shack. Then was told to park around back and wait for a door. After a couple of hours they gave me a door it’s now 15:36 and still in the door and they can’t tell me how much longer it will be. They don’t care about the drivers at all. Would not come here unless your plannning on wasting your whole day here.
For delivery, they make you drop and pull from your trailer, and have the nerve to tell you if there's charges associated with your load you get texted. I got here before the appointment time, and they STILL made me wait over 4 hours to get unloaded. I blew 2 load appointments waiting for them to unload me, DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you can back up a detention bill.
You guys rock! Dispatch lied to me, I didn't have an appointment but you still put me in a door right away and unloaded me quickly. I was short on hours coming in so it was nice to be able to sleep on the road.
They will waste your time. Arrived 0705 for 0800 appointment, told to wait for a door, called to door at 1036, paperwork in hand 1511. They had nothing but excuses. Missed my next load. Will not return.
OTR entrance is off of hermitage plaza! Arrived at 05:30 for my 06:00 appointment. Was assigned a dock right away. Unloaded and bills in hand by 8am. FYi if you are running late know that receiving stops at 13:00.
Appointment for 6am checked in at 2:30 am dock at 5:30 am started unloading 6:10 am out woth bols at 7:15 am. Im happy with there service
Worse place ever to deliver to had a 10am appointment got there at 9:15 got to the door and didn’t leave till 3pm I was the last truck! I ended up losing my next load because of it never again!
2 stars the security lady was awesome , maybe should move the trailers from in front of the docks to get the otr trucks a little more room to back into there docs
