I am appreciative that I was seated without reservations. I had reservations at Rouge at 6:30, I was there by 6:00. Rouge hostesses were rude and made me wait another 15 minutes past my reservation time. I did not like the room, it was way too dark. I thought I was going to trip up or down a step. Rouge needs to be just a lounge, not a restaurant, the tables are too small. I decided to leave. I walked over to TBONE , and they accommodated my request. We ordered the Octopus and artichoke salad. The octopus was about a minute over grilled. It doesn't take long to grill, I still ate the octopus. Entrees were perfect. Service was lacking from my server. TBONE and all these other establishments need to train their staff on quality service. This is not a cheap restaurant, not extremely pricey. Maybe the staff was tired, due to the Labor Day weekend. I will go again, just not on a Holiday.
We were there for my father-in-law's 62nd birthday and I must say this was a wonderful experience through and through. The service was top notch. The atmosphere was inviting and elegant. The food was exquisite. This is how you do fine dining. My spouse had the cauliflower steak which was delicious. I will say, if you decide to order it, please consider sharing. Everything seemed to be family style but I wanted to warn just in case. I had the scallops which practically melted in my mouth. My father-in-law had the Ribeye which was cooked to perfection. We also had a few sides to go around the table, which were all amazing. My personal favorites were the mushrooms and the almond green beans. What really took us my surprise was the array of desserts my mother-in-law ordered. Firstly, it was my first time having the creme brulée which was so light and crunchy. But I believe it was the toffee cake that brought everything together. My sister-in-law and her boyfriend absolutely loved the chocolate cake as well. And, of course, we all enjoyed the fried Oreos. Overall it was a wonderful and memorable experience. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. They made amazing suggestions, including great nonalcoholic beverages! 10/10 highly recommend. Vegetarian options: They did have a few wonderful vegetarian friendly options and seemed very open to adjustments. Definitely double check for your own needs but there are a few delicious options. My personal recommendation being the heart of palm salad that was filling on its own. Dietary restrictions: Though they didn't have very many outright non-dairy options. I must stress to simply ask the staff for any accommodations. They were rather kind about my father-in-law's diabetic restrictions.
UPDATE, RECEIVED A SARCASTIC REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT WHICH REALLY MAKES ME WANT TO COME BACK, UPDATE RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM GM ABOUT COMING BACK AND TRYING AGAIN, I SENT A MESSAGE BACK BUT NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Very beautiful place but the acoustics aren't right which makes for a very loud dining experience, not a place for a romantic dinner. We ordered the tempura shrimp which were very good. Our entree was the burger, medium well with condiments left on the side. Burgers came out well done with condiments stacked on burger, very dry but tasty. Comes with fries they were a tad soggy but also a good taste especially when I put the peppercorn gravey on them. Most of the staff seem friendly our server Keith was great. For an off the strip fine steak house I also found the prices of other menu items a bit pricey compared to other off the strip fine dining.
We were in this place with friends. The water was brought quickly enough. But everything else - wine, food - we waited a very long time. In general, the food was delicious, but I ordered a dry-aged steak and it didn't look like that.

First time dining here, but I've always heard good things about T-Bones. I must say that it definitely lived up to the hype. First, the ambiance was sexy. We happened to have a table right next to the fireplace. The service was excellent. I like how the waiter offers different types of complimentary bread to choose from. The food was outstanding! Everything we ate was delicious. The Lobster Chowder was soooo good. The Steakhouse salad was delicious. The Lamb chops were tender and juicy; and the Mesquite Tower was awesome. Even the warm butter toffee cake was off the chain. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want some delicious food!
In A Nutshell: -I've had T-Bones circled on my must-eat list for sometime, but finally had a chance to check them out over the weekend. -Located inside the ritzy Red Rock Casino, which is frequented by mostly locals, you will find this top-tier steak house. -Seriously, T-Bones is all gas, no brake about their steaks. -The special of the evening was an American Wagyu from Omaha, which they waited 5 months to get. -My fiance & I ordered the tastiest portion of a steak, which is the New York Strip & a petite filet mignon. -We also added the Au Poivre, Truffle Butter & Point Reyes Blue Cheese add-ons, which are good to dip your steaks in. -Both were cooked perfectly & paired well w/ the Spanish Tempranillo wine. -The two salads we had were the Artichoke and Tomato Salad & the Hearts of Palm Salad, both are delicious, especially the Hearts of Palm Salad! -The Spicy Cream Corn is a surprisingly good side, it has a nice hint of spice which really makes this normally boring side stand-out big time. -The service here is top-notch & very friendly, I was very impressed. -Oh yeah for the bread service, they have two that I loved: the Pretzel Bread & the Sourdough Bread rolls. Overall, if you are looking for a serious steakhouse that is dazzling in all aspects of high-quality food, decor & service, then T-Bones is the place you need to go!
I was excited to visit a steakhouse that I had heard so much about. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend that anyone spend their money here. The food was great and my steak was cooked perfectly however the service was horrible. First we sat for 15-20 minutes before anyone approached the table. Then we were given a menu and told they would return for the order. 5 minutes later the waiter returns and asks for our order. Not a single recommendation from this guy. Bread service drops some bread. It was terrible so we stacked the plates to the side. Those plates stayed until we were ready to leave. Meanwhile the 8 top next to us was receiving the service we expected. The manager stopped by that table several times asking how things were. He looked at our table but never came by to ask how the meal was. In a steak house where you drop several hundred dollars for a meal you go for service and the food. My recommendation is visit Herbs n Rye down the street! I hope someone reaches out to fix this but I am not hopeful.
Upon arrival, we got the feeling the young lady at the desk didn't really want to be there. No introduction, no telling us the server would bring us the menu, nothing. So we sat for a good 5 minutes before even having a menu. The asst server was really nice, kept our glasses of water full. And conversation with her was nice. Our server was very nice, had great suggestions. Our negative... paying $30 for 2 quite average sized scallops. They were cooked perfectly, but.... my 1 reason for a 4*. I'd honestly give more like 4.5*-4.75*. Oh and if you're OK with bleu cheese.... try the bleu cheese bread! It's a nice change of pace for bread!
We celebrated two birthdays and an anniversary. The food was excellent as always. Service was great. Only negative was the $8 charge for 3 couples each for a bottled water when we asked for just regular water. We didn't notice until we were paying but we didn't say something like we should of.Recommended dishesSteakhouse, Lobster Chowder
