I’ve been to Tati nails twice, and honestly they have gained a new customer for life. The whole team is polite, friendly, and actually listens to what you want. My pedicure was so nice - like my feet have never been smoother. The manager Jayden worked on my nails and he was great! I really like how nice and customer oriented he is. Lastly Vicky - she is hands down the best when it comes to acrylic nails and designs. Show her any picture and she is able to recreate it!!!.She has been doing my nails for years at another salon and is the only person I truly trust with my nails - but her and this new team are amazing! the BEST nail salon. ALL technicians are so professional and talented, the salon is always clean and very organized. the prices are VERY MUCH worth the service you get they also have trendy designs/stickers and anything you ask for, there is a 99.9% chance they can do it for you. i have ocd with the shape of my nails/length of my nails and they always get it right. they accept walk ins but always best to call ahead and schedule since all technicians are in high demand they are normally booked in advanced! tech credit: VickyServices: Gel manicures

I came here for a simple manicure and pedicure. Everything was fine, until it was time to do the manicure. I asked for a specific design and color type you can see in the pictures. At first, the lady offered to do gel because it would last longer, I refused and I was honest that I did not have enough money to cover anything other than a regular manicure and pedicure. She said that it was fine, but that she won’t be doing the glossy/shiny tip as shown in the picture but only the matte color. I am not sure why she could not do it but I figured maybe it was more complicated so I was fine with it only being matte. After putting the first two coats on my nails, I noticed it was shiny and not matte at all, I guess she saw that I was not happy with it and said “I put regular shiny black because the matte would not last if you grab something oily and such”. I didn’t do anything when she said that but that upset me because all I wanted was a matte color, nothing other than that. I’m not sure if they did not have the actual color I wanted and that’s why she did that but at least let me know in advance so I know what to expect. I was not asking for something complicated, just regular black matte nails. This was my first time here so I cannot say if that technician is always like that and I also cannot talk for the rest of the nail technicians but I personally had a slightly disappointing experience.

Love love love this place. Annie does an amazing job every single time. The atmosphere is classy, clean, and so relaxing. Found my new regular spot : They do waxing too. A gel fill + Spa pedi with gel = $125 You have to make an appointment—they are very busy, and be sure to tell them the exact services you want for time management. Great place!!!!

First of all the lines were not straight at all The nail tech didn’t get the color in my whole nail. And the gel didn't even last 4 days. I showed up at my brother's wedding with these awful nails Worst gel manicure ever. The first picture is what I wanted Update ===> When they reached out to me. I honestly thought they cared to fix my nails. The nail tech looked so annoyed and made the whole situation worst.I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. why even offer to fix it? I didn’t even get the design I wanted because he thought it wouldn’t look good on my nails. So, my opinion doesn’t matter? I Left there with plain white nails -__- And finally, you shouldn’t be asking the customer to take down the review. He asked 3 times and called my cell phone. That’s very inappropriate. I was going to do it. However, the fact that they only cared about the review and that's it. For that reason, I will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Gel manicures

This was my first time here and I enjoyed my experience. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. They were so nice and explained my options for longer nails. I ended up doing a set of acrylics and they look amazing. Jay did a great job and was very attentive to details.Service: Acrylic nails
