Hello. My name is Troy and I would like to personally welcome you to Tdonavonfitness. I have been helping people reach their health and fitness goals for the past eight years with a great deal of success. In 2011 I decided to further my knowledge by going back to school full time and spent the next three years getting a formal education in the fields of Exercise Science and Sports Nutrition.
I own a small, private, in home studio where my clients can receive all of the necessary, state of the art training without any of the distractions associated with a larger gym.
I absolutely strive to apply my fitness and nutrition education to meet each of my client's individual goals. Together, we will do an initial evaluation to be certain that the desired goal is, shall we say, "realistic". I believe that everyone's goals are attainable but I also believe that every variable must be considered, so as not to become discouraged or over-whelmed. Once that is complete I will then "prescribe" an exercise and nutrition regimen that will, without a doubt, assist you in your quest for realistic and sustainable results. Please bear in mind that your commitment to your new "fit & healthy" lifestyle will be pivotal in your success.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I am a firm believer in the philosophy that healthy habits result in positive and rewarding results. I also stand behind the old saying "Fitness is not just a hobby, it's a lifestyle" (cliche' I know) . One my greatest pleasures is when I see the look on my clients faces when they have shed two, three, or even five, unhealthy pounds in just a matter of weeks. Or when one of them comes to me thrilled with their increased energy levels, strength gains and overall sense of well-being...Happy & Healthy
