This place has good items. But the customer service was bad. The girl named Tinisha who was standing outside the dressing room was quite rude and unprofessional. She started talking about us right in front of us stating “they have like 20 items in there.” the size we got initially did not fit my friend so we had to get another size which she was aware of as I let her know when I took it in. She made it sound like we were being rude to her when clearly she was behaving like we were out to steal. I have never had such bad experience at Tj max.
Man, they made xmas awesome for all the kids we know. The prices are great. I was even able to get myself a ukelle but I gave it away to a child at the homeless shelter before I went home to KY for xmas. Figure she is going to pass away, I should give her a little peace and not learn a new oinstrument at the present.
Great customer service. Helpful and friendly. It feels safe to shop during coronavirus. They clean shopping carts immediately upon return and monitor number of customers in the store. Thank you

Wide variety of reasonably priced merchandise, displayed well. Some shelves had bare spots due to shipping issues. I love their home decorating items.
I like this store but,the parking lot feels unsafe,I saw man crouched down by my car yesterday so I quickly went the other direction and last week a whole family of panhandlers were on the corner.Im not shopping where I don't feel safe.
Nice place... Clean and stocked. Quite busy on a Saturday! We found 2 great slipper chairs for a crazy good price... Couldn't pass it up!
I love going to this store. I always find something that I need. The only thing that almost makes me turn around and walk out is when I hear the lady at the register with the red hair talking to the customers. I know that they have to ask if you want the tj maxx card, but the way that this woman talks to the customers is so over the top and annoying and is so loud you can hear her the whole time you are shopping. If you have been to the checkout and she is there, I know you know what I am talking about
Pretty good selection was a little empty but I'm sure ramping up for incoming items. Staff was nice & helpful
First time going to the store and to my surprise they did not have a bid selection on girl clothes
