The store looked great! So organized and great products! Very impressed. I’ve never seen it look this good. Great job!
Nice selection of clothes, accessories and various household items. Staff was helpful and polite. Prices and quality of the merchandise are very good. Great location for shopping. Extensive parking. This store is also close to a grocery store, coffee shop, as well as other shopping experiences.
You have to come to this location at the right time to find certain things. For example, a week before Christmas I couldn’t find wrapping paper at all here, but that’s understandable I guess. They had name tags for presents though. I was able to find some books and toys and their home section is very nice!
Rudest customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Returned a necklace that was a present from my daughter for Christmas. It was mailed in a little plastic bag and arrived all tangled up. It should not have been sent to me that way, I never got to wear it. The lady at the jewelry counter basically told me I was a liar and that I had tangled it myself. Initially refused to refund me or replace the necklace. She also told me that I should have kept the little plastic bag with the barcode on it. On their website it clearly states that all I needed to show was the shipping confirmation email which was sent to my daughter, which I could show. She even refused to let me buy the same necklace, I did get a store credit after talking to the manager because "I was going to tangle it up again" I had to ask for a box to put the necklace in.
Was disappointed I couldn't find what I needed but I believe I am I was looking for is seasonal.
They have nice customer service, I like they had everything.
I like Tjmaxx but this one don't really have much compare to the other locations.
The buyers choices aren't so great. Every time something is new , there's 5 different shirts...same pattern . You shein wannabe. The workers could change attitude to a bit friendly. We all got a job to do. Really.
The Young Lady that waited on my sister and I was very Pleasantly surprised to have us in the.store as we looked around .. Paulette explained if she could helped in any way,to let her know even though Jewelry was not her area
Witnessed horrible and rude customer service at the jewelry counter. I felt so bad, I left without buying anything. Worth the extra drive to go to a different location.
