This is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.
This is a great TJ Maxx location. The store is very clean and everything is nearly organized and hung up. Lots of great options. The line looked long but actually moved pretty quickly. The manager and cashier were super nice. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend. Just wish they'd carry cat toys and products, it's unfortunate that they focus only on dogs when so many people have cats too.
Great place to buy some clothes and stuff with clearance
This is one of the best TJ MAXX I've visited. Not only is there a plethora of clothing, the store is well-organized, staff are friendly and swift in ringing customers up and they have a great selection of inexpensive, specialized items for home goods. They even have a small section for pets in their own area and tons of great christmas gift items.
They didn't have what I needed. I have been there several times, but some important things I need to have they don't have. They say if their company doesn't send things. They won't have them, and they said they get what I need in the morning, and the item is gone as fast as they get them. I don't believe they are getting my needed item. Even in thay way. They are Rebock T-shirts. Each time I have gone there to purchase them. They still are out of store stock. Not proper way to serve your customers. Very poor service. Someone needs to make them know how to keep customers coming back. I tell them about the Two rules of proper customer service. 1 is the customer is always right, and 2 is if the customer is ever wrong. Go back to rule one!
This is my favorite place. It's always neat and it's fun to shop.
Great place go early on weekends.... or during the day during the week. The also have creative product displays.
Not a pleasant place to shop. The employees are rude and make you feel uncomfortable by not having any professionalism in a retail buisness. The jewelry department workers seem unhappy and not there to help you and give you a stare down. The cashiers made me feel I should not return anything back if I purchased something...if you are unhappy working there find another job please.
I like going to this store. The store is always organized even during the holidays. You don’t find clothes all over the floor etc. Maybe it’s the store set up and/or that employees do a good job. I have a Marshalls near me and I’d travel much further away to go to this store for my shopping.
Always clean and a pleasant shopping experience!
