I frequent many of the stores in this chain so I'm used to the cattle shoot line to reach the registers but the lines were ridiculous with no management in sight to staff up and help. I always find great deals and prices but experiencing this level of service is a total turn-off. Only 3 registers open out of 11 possible?
I wish I could review zero stars for my experience. I arrived at the store looking for a specific item. There was no people working to be found so I made a loop around the store looking. When I finished my loop I noticed a cop tailing me throughout the store. Not very well I may add very scooby doo. He approached me asked how I was told him I was fine and he left but I could still feel him lurking. I finally found a worker and asked them about the item they were sold out. No worries I pick up one unplanned item and proceeded to check out holding the item away from my body so there was no confusion. Checked out the cashier was nice. Went to leave and who is waiting for me right outside the door. He paused me and told me to have a good day just waiting to hear a beep but there was none. Because I am an adult with good paying job and do not need or want to steal. I feel very disrespected being profiled and followed. It is clear you have very racist lp managers. Will not be in again.
Absolutely a nightmare trying to find anything by size in the women’s department. And if you’re left looking for toddler boys clothing you may try somewhere else;their inventory is absolutely awful. They have tone double rack for boys and two double stacked racks for toddler girls. As far is wait first of the week lines were long but the 4 register employees managed very well and it went fast.
Store manager named SANELA is one rude lady. I brought an item with tag and receipt for a return and told me to go to 20 miles where I bought it from because this item was not returnable in the current store. What the heck ? What kind of customer service do you provide? shame on the team whoever made you manager . 0 customer service and 0 professionalism. She should be fired asap not be a manager! 0 star for this store to have a employee like this
It is like a half homegoods nd half tj max in here. Only thing I wished they had was fitting rooms for the clothes. Bathroom was very clean. The staff was friendly. The cashier was a bit pushy about the tj max store card. But overall great experience. Designer clothes and a super low price.
Good selection and fast lines, they always seem to have enough staff. Only negative is the people restocking the shelves with big carts blocking the isles, it’s crowed enough already and to have people blocking isles and keeping people from being able to shop is not good for business.
Not really a great selection for kitchen and bath areas. I felt like prices were on the higher end. LONG lines on a Wednesday midday.
It's just fun to shop here. They have the latest trends and such unique items. Lots of shoppers, mask and hand sanitizer provided. Come when you have time and money to spend.
There are 22 different shoppers not counting all heads but groups waiting in the checkout line to check out with only two cashiers present. The woman in front of me in line said it's similarly long at Marshall's - that she just came from there. I've been in the store for 20 minutes including standing in line and they JUST brought two more cashiers. Are they in danger of bankruptcy? These kinds of cost- cutting measures make poor customer service.
We went there to find my woman a certain top bell SLEAVES but ran out . burley ngton is just ABOULT like t.j.mqx but less expensive aboult the same thing
