NEVAH disappoints! The staff are always friendly and ready to assist. The store is clean and organized well. I'm a Shoeolic, and once upon a time their shoe collection was great. Not sure what's happening but it looked quit drab. Overall, the products and services are always an A+"},{"text":"TJ Maxx is my store. But they've fallen of a bit. Their silver collection is terrible. They used to have unique pieces ear rings and rings not anymore. the clothing section for plus size women look like curtains or table coverings terrible. Smaller sizes have cute things. Their shoes selection looks dated nothing really stylish. I want to continue to patronize them but they need to get back to providing at great shopping experience for all customers."},{"text":"I had a great experience and the store was clean"},{"text":"As usual one of my favorite stops. I find more treasures and bargains just about every visit. I love this store and the best part is it's all over. When I went to Florida recently I went into the TJ Maxx there!"},{"text":"I am not a shopper. I shop only when I need something. I hadn't been in the Hamden TJMaxx for many years, pre-Covid. I needed a bras. The two stars are for the bras department ONLY. What a nightmare! Two rows of racks of two tiers of racks. The lower rack is close to the floor so to move the hangers and check the sizes, one has to bend completely over and stay that way because the sizes are all mixed together. Can we blame the store? More likely it is a customer who puts a bras back, especially on the lower shelf wherever she can fit it rather than looking for the Size sign. But it could be a priority of the manager to have someone take responsibility for putting the sizes in the correct sections so they customer doesn't have to see a chiropractor the next day. And a side comment on the Women's shoes section. Don't put shoes on the very top shelf especially when each of the lower shelves are not even half full. Not every woman is tall enough to reach that shelf. I won't be back!"}]
