Get there now because all of the Halloween decorations have just been put out. Grabbed this little beauty for my baby shih Tzu Ruby! Super cheap at $12.99
Two products priced $21.99 and same exact ,same brand ,same edition $26.99 . I talked to the Manager named Tylor …..said ,if you want to buy ,you have to pay with different price . He does not have common sense ,what’s the reason I have to pay $5.00 extra !!! Fair price customer service should be respect too !!! Good luck with your great store manager Mr. Tylor !!!
I came here with my wife to return a pocketbook - we visit this area often even though we come from out of state. The manager, Mr. Tylor, said that this store is " a small store " and does not accept cash returns, but that they would do it this one time as a courtesy, seemingly out of pity for us. However, he somehow changed his mind three minutes later and decided not to return the item at all, even though they had a pocketbook from the same brand for sale. I asked him if we could simply swap them - he said no, but we could purchase the one they had in store. This sort of flippant behavior is not credible and this sort of person should not be responsible for a serious establishment like TJMAXX.
Customer service here absolutely sucks. One time fine. Two times, not okay, but I still like the merchandise so I go back. Third time..come on! I won’t be back. No one in this store knows how to talk to customers. I’ll be taking my business to Marshalls or any where else. You guys absolutely suck. Try training your employees to talk to people.
Usually everything is kind of scattered but I'd expect that from a store with the crowd it gets. Packages are open and such, but you can find some nice gems from there if you look at everything carefully.
Nice assortment of products and fashion - at economical price points too!
The store is a decent been around here for a long time need to organize the racks you have to look for a good deal it's a go to store
After not being there for two years I went in to pick up some cookware as I have had good luck there in the past. I did find what I was looking for at a good price. However housewares, clothing, and shoe selections were not as interesting as in the past. May just be the time of year but I was not excited with the selections. Associates were polite. Will try again in a few weeks.
The store's been here for quite a while you have to look for deals in there they need to get somebody in there to arrange their racks a lot of stuff not where it should be overall it's a go to place.
I always stop by TJ Maxx everywhere I go for great deals on clothing, decor or shoes and sandals. This location did not disappoint!
