She was very rude iliana B I am returning one item spent more almost $200 as she say because that I don’t wanna return sitting in the car but didn’t says if in the car cannot return , because she was rude , that Cash or Kevin he made a drama? The cashier was all drama. Feel like not shipping again this location . Wanna talk to store manager she say I am the manager I’m requesting corporate store. Please take action.
Great items, but complete chaos in the store. Boxes out on the floor everywhere so people were looking in the boxes boxes I'm not sure if they were supposed to be for stocking the shelves the floor but during service hours you should not have boxes in the way of access to the shopping aisles. Management should have pulled the boxes out of aisles before jumping onto the register. There were women with strolling carts having to try to find their way onto isles at couldn't access them because of boxes in the way. It caused a lot of problems with people backing into other people and stopping coming around corners because it interrupted the flow of the store but that's just me. Otherwise great stuff. They just need some help.
This store has so many great choices and the clothes have a great fit and are great quality. I bought a pair of boots from this location 2 years ago and they're still in good shape. Your employees are also very courteous. There was a sign near the dressing room that said "temporarily closed" but one of the employees let me use it anyway. I always have a good experience every time I shop here. Thank you!
Great deals on backpacks for back to school! Lots of variety to choose from. The store was busy but that's pretty normal! The cashier did forget to ring me up for one my backpacks and I noticed how low my total was on my way out the store. I came back in and had a different cashier charge me. Friendly staff!
Worst place to work. It’s so small and crowded. The people here are nice but Iliana is the worst manager I ever had . She snapped her fingers in my face cause she felt like I wasn’t paying attention to her enough. That is not how you treat your employees at all. Do better! And quit your job if you don’t like it!
TJ Maxx is the best discount store in town. They have an excellent selection including jewelry, footware, houseware, toys, and clothes for all ages. Their selection is outstanding and their prices are the best you'll find anywhere. In most cases the quality is the same as department stores. Highly recommend.
Horrible service. Full line of customers and only one person working check out. Plenty of workers to help but none do. Older lady with blonde hair should honestly find a new job, rude and inconsiderate.
One of my favorite stores. Cute clothes at descent/ discounted prices. Wide variety of home decoration. There's something for everyone
On 12/15/2019 I purchased a black Marmot Men's jacket for a 12 year old boy at TJMAXX store located in Taylorsville UT - 5670 South Redwood Road, 84123. It was for our office Christmas Giving Tree. Before I took it into office, I pulled the jacket out to remove the sales price tag and discovered a small cut in each sleeve of the jacket as well as what appears to be gum in one of the pockets. On closer look, it appears the jacket had been worn and washed multiple times, retagged and placed on the rack. On 12/19/2019 I returned the jacket to the store and was told the receipt and jacket did not match and that the store did not sell the jacket. I asked them to tell me what the tag was from and the clerk refused and told me that they would not take the jacket back. I am still furious over this as I have spent thousands of dollars in TJMAXX over the last 20+ years and I have never had a problem with returns. In fact, I can count the number of times I have returned merchandise on one hand, and that is over two decades of purchasing merchandise from TJMAXX stores in UT, VA and other states in the USA. I am even more upset that the clerk was the very clerk that rang up the jacket when I purchased it on 12/15, I reminded her of that and she claimed she didn't recall. She is also one that has sold me furniture as well as many other items. That said, I ended up buying another jacket from Burlington Coat Factory and I have vowed to never buy another item from that TJMAXX as this was the worst customer experience I have had at any retail establishment. Aside from the fact the clerk wouldn't process the return, she was loud and discourteous which added insult to injury. I asked for the floor manager and before hearing the circumstances, she immediately said she wouldn't approve the return either. I am frustrated and would like to my money back. Contacted TJMAXX Corporate office, and no response. BAD MAXX strikes again! Lesson learned...
Poor customer service.. waited for a long time at jewelry counter and the manager didn’t do anything about it. She also denigrated an employee right in front of me
