Staff is terrible but worse than that is the floor and items if you can find any...I tjm but not this one. I have tried several times over several years shopping here each time same as before. Dont worry will shop online and looking for another one.
Beware! Don’t bother shopping here because they do nothing to stop shop lifting! I went last night and as I was walking into the store the alarms were going off and several African American young people had young children clothes with hangers still attached in their arms and the other one had high dollar purses and they were literally running out the door with the merchandise and no one did anything! They almost ran me over! I screamed no one is calling the police? They were like no it happens all the time? What? I think the people that work there are in on it! This is totally ridiculous! The police need to be there 24/7! This is not California! I bet if you had someone armed at the door shooting nobody would be running out with anything! Just stupid! Corporate needs to know about this!
This woman Elham is so sweet!! I’ve came to this store plenty of times and she never disappoints and always makes sure I find everything I need. One of the best managers ever. When I don’t find what I’m looking for she always helps me to figure out where I can find it and is always has the best energy she’s very sweet and kind and I wish her the best in the future!

When I come to the store and I don’t find the things i’m looking for they have a lady she works cashier I saw her tag name her name is Elham and she is very nice and so sweet and helps me find the items i’m looking for 10/10!
Usually I cannot stay out of this store. You can find some awesome bargains here. However...my last visit was markedly less that pleasant. All of that due to one employee who was the epitome of rudeness. She was the attendant at the dressing room. She complained about that "not even her job" but got "stuck" because someone called in sick. Okay...guess what...wherever your supervisor places you is YOUR JOB, and you are to do it to the best of your ability. She proceeded to let me know that I had too many items to bring at once. Okay....several items were for my granddaughter to try on. She was standing next to me. Neither of us exceeded the limit of items. I was just holding them all. With that said, the woman gave one of those deep sighs and a very distinct eye roll. Really? We tried on our items and left the dressing room. On my way to the checkout line I saw another really cute top for my granddaughter to try on. I stayed in line and told her to run and try it on. She returned soon enough.... she had tears in her eyes. The rude woman was ugly to her and embarrassed her in front of the other people at the dressing room. Another customer actually came over to me and asked if my granddaughter was okay. She witnessed the exchange between the two and said that the woman was out of line. I usually let this kinda stuff just roll, but making a child cry....I have to draw a big line there.
I went see if I could find a small carry-on cheap. Found one, but it wasn't cheap. these style stores always seem understaffed. It always takes forever to check out. They only seem to have 2 cashiers working and 20 people waiting to check out. The place looks like a disaster area too.
I love this store. Everything was so easy to browse. I'm always bound to find something I like and I find it fast. It's almost an in and out trip, but it never turns out that way because i just keep buyong and buying. Checkout lines get long but the cashiers are fast and efficient. Staff can be hit or miss. Some gave bad attitudes. Some are cheery and sociable. Some are nice and professional.
Great deals on name brand items
The manager here is super awesome and helpful! I lost my phone and she remembered me from a question I had asked her earlier, chased me into the parking lot, and gave it back! She even made me put my passcode in to make sure someone wasn’t trying to steal it! Love her safety measures.
