I was discriminated against by the lady who runs the dressing room because “I don’t look disabled” and that I should have taken that as a compliment…. Along with many other derogatory comments. The manager doesn’t seem to care. All they would offer is a 50$ gift card after I asked what are they going to do to fix the issue. The lady who basically made fun of me for being disabled did not get fired. It’s been two weeks and I have not received the gift card. There is so many other things that happened that I can’t even type here. The manager didn’t even take it seriously at one point she laughed at me. When I called back to ask what happened to what they were mailing me she caught an attitude. Tjmaxx was like a second home to me. And now I don’t feel comfortable going into that store. They have been dodging my calls and still haven’t sent out the gift card even though they said they did. I’ve been checking my mail box every day the last two weeks. This is not a handicap friendly store. I am so disappointed in them
This store is additive! It's has great management because they have great customer service and the store is clean and organized! Well, the best it can be during the Christmas season!!! I always find what I'm looking for with awesome prices!!
Excellent selection of merchandise from clothes to home and everything in between. Bathrooms were filthy during multiple visits and the older lady in the fitting rooms could use some customer service lessons. Asked her to hold 2 pieces of clothing while I took my child to the restroom, she took them and stated “don’t be surprised if they end back up on the floor”. Terrible customer service from this individual, do better.
I always have a great visit to this location. The employees are extra friendly too. But don't come near closing. Once it is 30 minutes before closing. noone wants to help you . and on 2 occasions including this last one someone has very rudely told me I had to go straight to the register when the store was still open for another 15 minutes. Ah almost looked hostile too! I can pick out a lot of things in the matter of 10 minutes on my way to the register!
Variety inside the store, but unable or hard to find anything on the right sizes. Especially men or kids sizes. Shoes especially. Checkout lines moved fairly quickly. Enough room in aisles. Store was clean and clear of things in the aisles. Prices ok on alot of things, but high on others, including luggage.
Went through Jesse's line and he was awesome. The manager at the store was also very nice.
A little bit of everything. Good prices. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff was nice.
Great place to ship, clean well organized store.
Love TJ Maxx but don’t buy the iPhone charges here, they come out the box not working. Also the little old lady that works at check out is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, every single time I go she’s working and always super kind and happy and friendly.
