I had a GREAT experience trading in my IPhone 11 for an IPhone 13pro. My salesman Dominik was OUTSTANDING-professional, informative, instructive and truly a caring customer service representative. I would also like to mention Octovian the in store technician who was a wealth of knowledge and truly a gem to deal with on all aspects. We feel like the service at this location far exceeds any previous Sprint/T-Mobile representatives in the past! Keep up the great work guys! Appreciate you so much!
Great experience getting my new iPhone 14. Brendan was very helpful, I was in and out thanks to him. Not my normal plan changing/phone purchasing experience. Would recommend requesting Brendan to help you with any purchases.
My wife and I spent a lot of time last week at this store with Nicholas, a “cellphone expert”, adding me to her cellphone plan. This included getting a new line, including me as an authorized user, and purchasing a cellphone which was not in stock. When I came today to store to activate my new cellphone, the salesman said that I’m not authorized user and didn’t let me activate it. This is a waste of time and inefficient service. In addition, when buying the new phone the salesman never mentioned that I had to pay almost $90 until the very end which I consider very unprofessional.
We met with Keegan and he took care of us with our new sim request and got us upgraded to Magenta Max, we were hesitant to move to this plan but Keegan showed us the way on the long term savings. Keegan is the man.
I had to move my phones off the account they were and it was a disaster from day one long story. I went to The Colony store on Rt 121. It was a long process, but Alex hung in there and got it done. I was beyond angry with Sprint locking my phones that I owned but Alex called, was persistent, never got upset and after 2 days he was awesome he got it done. I highly recommend T-mobile network - we have 5G where we didn't have anything with our previous national service provider. And the staff at The Colony store and any other store I've been in are great - they are pleasant, helpful, on-top of customer service. Alex is a 10 star employee.
Visit The Colony T-Mobile store for excellent customer service. Ask for Keegan. I purchased 2 phones and home internet last June. Returned today for a tablet.
Keegan was absolutely excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable in current deals and promos, and professional. We were in and out within 30 mins which is a new record for us.
When you hear a staff member complaining of the number of customers waiting that's a red flag in my book. I work in the customer service industry and that's a big no no especially when you say it loud enough for customers to hear it too. Avoid this location if you can
Representatives did not put effort into my experience. I came in for a SIM card change, because I just switched over from Verizon. I was excited for a new provider and ready to get my service set up. The employee I worked with did not want to be there, and did not want to help me. They handed me a new I programmed SIM card and walked away. I had to ask them multiple times to transfer over my number and program it for the new SIM card for my phone. They tried to get me out the door several times without doing anything saying I needed to complete steps that already had been completed. Needless to say, I am already regretting my new contract with T mobile.
All employees made feel welcomed and immediately assisted as soon as I entered the door! Very very friendly staff in particular employee AR, I was having some issues with my phone and he was the tech onsite this particular day. AR assisted me with filing my claim he was also able to fix my phone with no problems the same day! He was very professional, patient, and polite. Because of his wonderful service I will go to him every time I need anything and recommend this location in the future. Thank you for your service AR!!
