Absolutely amazing service. This is not my usual store but it was the only one in my area with no wait. I walked in and was immediately welcomed by Ivan Centeno. He had a warm smile and walked us over to his station. I let him know that I was there to add a line to my existing plan. He was more than happy to help and asked for my information. While he was pulling up my account, Ivan took the time to build small talk by asking how my day was and noticing that I had been a customer for 10+ years. Ivan made the changes on my plan and even tested the line a few times to make sure that it was active. He explained the costs that I would see and handed us his business card in case something appeared wrong once I got my bill. It was so nice to see someone who treats you more than a sale and I appreciated all of his help. I highly recommend you ask for him if you ever find yourself at this store.
I love this location on Huntington Dr. I love all the staff I’ve encountered. I met with Jessica & Glen. They patiently cleared up a several costly errors that were made by staff at a non-corp store. My phones work fine, but my experience with phone customer support, online ordering & a non-corp store, has been a nightmare. I’m out over $1000k due to mistakes & confusion. Spent nearly two hours w/Jessica & Glen. They seemed to have straightened things out. They were funny, kind, competent, & I’m over the moon happy. Pizza on me next time y’all when I add that line & upgrade
Can I please give this place 9 stars and the associate, Raymond, 10 stars?!! 5 just doesn't seem like enough. BEST experience with a cell phone company EVER. I would have never thought I'd switch over to T-Mobile, but I had to investigate since AAA recommended them and I had a mailer on hand with $100 rebate. So, my daughter and I decided to go visit the South Pasadena store. Raymond introduced himself and kindly guided us through all the options. He is very knowledgeable on T-Mobile, their plans, phones and internet....etc...You can tell, he has worked for them for many years. The place was inviting, the staff professional....NO hi-pressure sales here. Just honest advice and laying out all the facts between what I had and what they can do for me. I took a few days to decide. None of this, "If you sign up TODAY and TODAY only.....we can honor this deal" Ray would check up with me 2 days later and asked if we had any questions....still no pressure. I ended up switching 4 lines over and added home internet. I kept my existing phones and Ray helped me through the entire process of setting up the reimbursements from paying off the phones. I actually just received my reimbursement from them... ON TIME too! I can't believe it. I called the customer service # to verify how I would transfer the reimbursement money to my bank account.... LOL, they practically did it for me, walked me thru the whole process and made sure I did it right. These professionals are outstanding !! In person and over the phone. T-Mobile...I don't know how you do it, but so far you had me at "HELLO" lol. You have managed to hire a talented and extremely good-natured network of staff. No regrets, just wish I could have done it sooner. Keep up the FANTASTIC customer service and of course the great prices and products ! Kudos !!!
I was here two times, associates do not like use time to help customer problems, just they want to sale with out answer questions!! I purchased my I phone by calling t mobile and they were very friendly. I came back to south Pasadena store and asked them help me to transfer my old i phone information to new i phone one of the associate said we can not. I went to Duarte store and they did for me very friendly.
they lie about having new phones in stock over the phone to get you in the door
I waited for 25 mins just to purchase a phone charger. The two associates watched as the customers walked in and out or paced the floor while they took their time helping people set their ringtones. Avoid this place. They will ignore you!
Great store to visit .. very informative! They took their time to explain EVERYTHING to me . And answer ALL my questions. I liked that they didn’t make me feel rushed or forced into buy something.
My T-Mobile store is Fremont and Huntington in SouthPasadena, CA. The staff there are fabulous! Sharp, well trained, tech savvy young people. They are always polite, gracious, patient, and ready to bail me out of any problem I have. They are why I've stayed with T-Mobile for more than 10 years.
If you’re looking to join the T-mobile family be sure to go visit Jorge aka Alonzo at the South Pasadena CA store…you won’t regret it! His service and care for every detail is above and beyond! 5 stars + service!
