My daughter and I just switched from Verizon. When I called TMobile, they suggested going to the store. Zach was amazing!! He took care of us and made sure we were happy. Very nice young man.
I had Steve helping me with my new phone. He was very knowledgeable and went over and beyond. I would recommend Steve and T-Mobile to all my friends!
We have had the worst service and phones!Our phones stay down about 90% of the time with no service and dropped calls. We still have a year on our contract paying for these incredible horrible phones! Our advice DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE!!
So recently we switched from Verizon to the mobile. BIG MISTAKE!!! I got a call from Bill collector saying I owed verizon around $2000 for past phone service and phones. That t-mobile promised to pay for and pay off to switch to them. So we went in and asked there Manger what's going in. He said he sees it. It was lack on there part. Zach. That they didn't turn things in. That they would take care of it. Now they said since it's been 120 days that we are out of luck. So it looks like my lawyer will be in touch with them. Don't believe everthing they tell you or u better get it In wrighting. And the service is not what it's cracked up to be!!!
I love T Mobile but the young lady wasn’t really interested in helping us find the problem. It was simply a connection issue with the phone but my 90 yo dad had to wait almost a week to get hearing aids working again. Unusual for them - usually their customer service is five star plus!
Just signed up ! We were told on the call we needed to go in to store after receiving our sim cards . Drive 1 hour to get to the store. We were told you have to call in we can't do that in-store. We explained that we were told to go to a local store. They said we can't help you ? I told my husband we need to rethink this . Do you really want to go with a company that can't help connect you from the beginning? Terrible customer service!
This morning I walked into the store and the store staff took people later than me. The staff were either blind or not care for customer service at all. Maybe it’s time to switch my whole family plan to other carriers.
John was incredibly helpful, friendly, and just all around the best customer support I’ve ever had. Will make sure he is at the store if I ever need to go by again.

John was an angel in the store yesterday trying to switch service from another carrier. Explained all phone options thoroughly including what was available in stock. It was ridiculously time consuming due to dealing with the previous service on our phones and switching over to new services, but no fault of t-mobile. We appreciate the time and effort to get us situated properly.
