T-mobile is the only carrier that provides coverage in my rural area. So I feel stuck with them. I've been a customer for 7 years now, upgrading my phone every couple of years. Each time I've gone to their retail stores, I get a weird, empty feeling, and their employees don't explain the plan, products, and features well. I asked the associate what the difference was between the 3 galaxy models, and she indifferently told me, "The camera." That's all? "Yeah." I feel like a number, and they're stressed and in a rush. I understand they are human. I do. But if I'm spending over $1k in their store, can they not spend more time educating and advising? My recent visit is the cause for this review: I got a new Galaxy Ultra and wanted the extra memory, so it needed to be shipped to me as it wasn't in stock. The associate sold me the protection plan that covers anything that could happen, as well as a free screen protector that they'll install. She told me to come back when I received my phone and they'd install it. When I did so, I was told that I had to buy the first one at $40 and then the rest were free. I'm now leaving without the screen protector, as they're marked up 400% from what I can get online. It's not worth the hassle. I'm about ready to shop carriers in my area.
Horrible service. I switched over to T-Mobile. I bought a phone from this store and started the service. A few days later the phone started overheating so I tried to return it. They kept giving me the runaround. I requested a manager no luck. I called T-Mobile customer service and told them what was going on. After giving them the phone information they told me that the phone had been returned to the store before. Then they referred me to Apple . Apple told me to turn the phone off when overheating. So I went back to the store today and 2 managers were there. I explained what was going on. The female manager looked at the phone then asked me how long I had the phone. I said 30 days and she responded we can only take it back before 14 days. I explained that I had been in several times within the 14 days. She said it got water damage . The phone is in the same condition that it was when I purchased it from them. She responded unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I Called T-Mobile customer service back. They sending me to Apple in Tampa tomorrow just to get a phone. They told me not to go back to the store anymore.
Home internet no installation plug & go you can use up to 17 devices . For only $50 a month works amazing. Great for gaming and streaming no lag.
Great attitude, great speed, and great service! Arielle was able to help me fix my phone issue while working with the other customers. She shows great time management skills and is extremely efficient, she definitely deserves 5 stars
My husbands ancient phone finally died. So we when to get him a new up to date phone. Fiona hooked him up the the right phone for him. She was great didn't try to sell use something he wouldn't understand. Go see Fiona she is an asset to that location.
Diemonte' was so friendly and helpful. I had questions about my phone and he was very patient and professional throughout my visit. He is an asset to T-Mobile.
I haven’t had T-Mobile for more than a month & I already HATE it. Not to mention I was a Sprint customer, meaning I merged with T-Mobile. But now, Spring & T-MOBILE are charging me bills, literally A DAY apart!!! THEY TELL YOU THEY’RE TOGETHER BUT ITS A DAM LIE ***Notice how NO ONE from TMobile even tried to respond to me… WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Cindy was absolutely amazing and informative. Every question my wife and I had, she answered clearly and simply. I would highly recommend everyone head down and see her.
I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. We got tired of their staff and service and decided to switch to T-Mobile. BEST DECISION EVER!!! BUT I must add, this store, ran by Mgr. Alex, represents T-Mobile at it's finest. ANY questions I had Alex and his staff were right there to answer. Most importantly, the right answer! Couldn't figure something out on my phone at the Great Guru , "D", not only had the answer but fixed the problem for me. I have talked to others who have done business at the other T-Mobile stores and weren't impressed. They came to Alex's store, called me later that day, and thanked me for recommending Alex's store. Bottom line is the T-Mobile service you get. The staff doesn't pull any punches about weather you are going to get good call reception or home internet. They are honest. I love the service. Bottom line is if you are thinking of switching cell carriers to T Mobile, go see Alex. Even if you are out of Hernando County, as we are...it's well worth the drive.
There are no chairs on either side of the counter. I stood for well over an hour. If you're that slow, put some chairs in there. Phone service and price are good.
