Came to the Oldham store last week with a query about my phone bill, Curtis and other staff members were really friendly. Bilaal talked me through and explained things in a helpful and friendly manner. Very welcoming atmosphere and outstanding five star service, well done to all at the store!

Wanted to buy a 3 voucher top up the girl assistant got up to serve me and said something to the man who was sat in a corner he told her to carry on doing with what she was told to do the assistant asked me to pop back later the shop was empty at the time the Oldham shop has gone down so much this past year service is absolutely appalling I never go there to buy a phone

Called in on Easter Monday to sort New contract and phone. We were met with smiling faces and a friendly greeting. Mo soon had us seated and sorted. He listened to what I wanted, offered expert advice on best option for me. He was not pushy nor did he try to sell me something not right for me. He explained fully the contract and phone and matched features to my needs. Perfect service from start to finish. Would also like to say thank you to the young lady sorry no name who was so helpful checking in the stock room to help save time for Mo and ourselves. Thank you.

Without a doubt its a deserved 5stars from me.Just under two weeks ago on a sunday afternoon my partner and i made our way to the three store in oldham centre. We had just made our way down from a similar 3 store in Ashton where the service was completely the opposite. The phone i wanted was not in stock but apart from that we felt an air of discomfort and in spite of not many customers being in there and our polite approach it was as if we werent welcome from the minute we walked in.The staff at Ashton suggested we try another store hence we went over to Oldham.This was our first visit to the Oldham store in response to my currently expiring contract and to select a new 5G Galaxy phone. It was not long before we were attended to in spite of the fact that all the staff were at the time occupied. The staff member was very friendly and helpfull and also efficient which helped us to feel relaxed. He assured us that the new phone we had chosen was a good choice and setting up the new contract complete with suitable insurance went through with no problems. My phone works really well and i want to say thanks to the staff at the 3 phone store in Oldham centre.

Was promised a £100 Amazon voucher for switching so I switched and they are now saying I'm not eligible for it after 4 weeks of being messed about. They are clearly scamming people so avoid at all costs

The service today was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, compassionate, patient and kind with my mum who needed to upgrade and was very apprehensive about doing so for personal reasons. When we arrived, the staff were celebrating winning best store in the UK and from what we've witnessed today it's well deserved. Thank you again!
