Went around 730 tonight on 8/20/22 to take care of a situation with my plan that got screwed over by another associate in a different state. Jonathan and his manager I didn't catch his name sorry fought with customer service to fix the problem and didn't let up til it got taken care of. The customer service was superb! Thank you again!
Very rude customer service. I'd rather go to a different location. The lady working here wasn't very friendly and wouldn't help me with my upgrade, I asked her if another T-Mobile had a certain phone and she couldn't give me any information.
People there are great. Teddy was fantastic at helping us out and getting our new 5g Internet setup.
Was in town on vacation and upgraded two iPhones. Store manager and team Dominique, Alexwere tremendous! Explained best options for upgrading, helpful installing accessories and overall a great customer experience from the team here. Very happy I came by!
Andres was very helpful and an excellent manager ! You can tell the diffrenet vibe now in the store it feels good and he's very knowledgeable. I can tell he's running a good show
Overall great experience at this location. Alec and Pedro were knowledgeable about any issues I had. They made it a smooth and easy transition for me to open a new line. I’m so happy with my new phone and it’s all thanks to those guys. 10/10
Alec took care of me, there was another guy there but did not catch his name. I couldn't have asked for a better customer experience with Alec. He was kind, friendly, patient and very helpful. The other guy there, whose name I don't recall was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to any one that asks, I would rate my buying experience a "10".
A red flag is when you come into the store and the employee doing nothing sprints to the back and starts making personal calls. If you want so have a seamless experience go to the TMobile on tamiami trail. The guy with a lip-ring was great. Very professional
Super easy transaction when I came in, pricing details were covered completely. Mick made it a lot easier to navigate my service, switched from the bell heads, and honestly couldn’t be happier thanks to Mick’s help.
Very knowledgeable and professional service from Alec, the store manager. His staff, including Carlos, was also helpful and courteous. Excellent experience setting up my mobile device, and would highly recommend them.
