The sales rep knowingly withheld information and added a data line to an Apple Watch without my knowledge. She then added a protection plan to a phone line I added without discussing it with me. I am now stuck with an watch because it’s 2 days passed the return date unfortunately. No refunds! Will not be coming to this store in the future. Some of the guys are nice. Update 1/10/23. I went to the store and hoping I could return the watch but it was no we cannot override the return since it’s been 16 days. Still stuck with the watch.

This T Mobile location is small, but pretty busy. The service is very good. The customer service Rep was courteous and knowledgeable.Wating period 15-20. What I like most about this particular store is that as soon as I walked in, I was acknowledge by one of the Customer Service Rep. This is rare at Mobile Store. Keep up the good work guys.

Went in for info regarding switching from ATT to Tmo. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of their community. I know dealing with cell phone companies can be a bit daunting, however this store and it’s employees are always exceptionally accommodating in attempting to meet any needs one might have. These aren’t typical sales people looking to force things on people for the sake of the sale, in fact it’s quite the opposite. Throughout various interactions, it is apparent that they show genuine concerns for their customers, and that comes down to efficient management and training. Stop here for your mobile needs and you won’t be dissatisfied. They also have technical staff on site and service Apple phones from any carrier. If you’re not a customer YET then be prepared for a top notch Magenta Experience, as they would put it. I want to give a special thanks to Donald and Sharitza for all their help with my inquiry. I’ll definitely be returning!

The worst T Mobile I ever been in. The manager Antas what ever his name is is by far the rudest I have ever seen. He don't know how to talk to customers at all. Horrible when greeting and speaking to customers. Will never go back here sorry. The tech dept however was great all stars . Too bad the manager can't learn from them. This store will definitely lose business as long as you continue to conduct your business this way and treat and talk to customers the way you do.
