The manager David is extremely unprofessional. The employees are nice but need more communication between the team. David didn’t know how to speak to us in a professional way and was extremely rude. T-Mobile, if you want people to switch to your company you need to be cautious of who is running your stores.
All the employees are polite, except for David short guy He treats customers with no respect, whatsoever!!!
I had lost my cellphone and could not access my Facebook and AOL account. I had the proper accounts on my I Pad but not on my cellphone however the technician Taryn I believe his name was took the time to help retrieve my accounts and placed them on my cellphone. It took a little bit of time but he preserved and was able to retrieve the information and put the accounts on my cellphone.
My girlfriend went here on Tuesday August 7th around 6pm and the staff working was incredibly rude. We have been having a terrible experience with service since we switched and wanted to know what needed to be paid to leave t-mobile. I know you are not gaining any business but we are still customers and have been for almost a year so we deserve at least basic custom service and to be treated with respect. Please retrain your staff on basic customer service. Thank you.

Darli Was great!!!. Purchased my phone through t mobile on line and had been having multiple issues. T-mobile on-line kept saying wait 24 hours. After 72 hours I went to Darli at square 1 mall in Saugus and she resolved all issues in 20 minutes. Great job Darli!!!
Bad experience, this store is horrible every time it is the same thing, unprepared employees will never resolve and very slow. does not have respect for its customers if this store does not have a training for employees or exchange for people who know how to work, if there was only this store, I would have already moved to another company, unfortunately the problem is only in this Square One Mall Store
Dave and Juan were very helpful and accommodating. Even though the store was packed with customers, they got to me quickly.
Their “customer service” representatives were very rude and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience, as a customer I take my time to go to the store to find help and guidance not to be laughed at.
I went there tonight trying to get information about the plans and promotions. Kevin helped me and explained everything about all the options i have. Great customer service. Definitely recommend this store location.
