How are you going to be a cell phone company without a cell phone to call your store? Very helpful but lost a large silver ring the day I went. Tried calling but the number is fake and no one attends. I had to go in person. I miss my ring! 940 silver, highly intricate, from Mexico! I would have preferred a phone call but was told it’s “hit or Miss.” Largely miss.
Came in and nobody acknowledged my presence. I understand there were only two workers they were with customers but, they could have said " Hello, I'll be right with you when I am finished with this customer." I waited around 15 minutes until I was finally serviced. Interesting the woman acknowledged the man that walked in after me but, didn't acknowledge me.
Super friendly and helpful stuff in this place! Specially Ashley, making it so easy to understand my bill and upgrades, totally recommend it!
This is an odd location you have to walk a block to park free for an hour the employees want to run your number before selling you anything if you are an existing customer , my advice get there at the open....
Helpful and Courteous Service: We worked with Solo for both purchasing phones and changing service to T-Mobile from another carrier. Solo was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We didn't feel rushed during this process. I would recommend this store and in particular, Solo, as he truly made this process smooth and easy.
I made the switch from Verizon to t mobile to save money but I sure didn’t save on customer service. I asked for help to get my wife’s number on my account and was told abruptly to leave and “call the T-Mobile number”. After telling her I’m not calling because I tried that, she changed her mind and attempted to help. She tried to make me pay an extra fee to transfer a T-Mobile number to a T-Mobile account. Then she claimed that I was making her job difficult. Like hello?? I’m the customer here. Absolutely crazy. I recommend skipping this t mobile shop. Very poor customer service.
Absolutely the rudest customer service. Just a complete jerk. My son was with me and the “manager” which is even more concerning had the attitude of an arrogant child who could care less about keeping our business or in any way helping us with a cordial or kind manner. He actually instead of apologizing for his mood and tone when he realized I was getting upset with him - actually reprimanded me and defended himself! I pray his boss sees this. I was there at 4:00 on 10/ 27. There were 2 employees there. It was the “manager”. I can’t be the first complaint about this boy. I’d suggest whoever is his boss… watch or listen to any video that may have captured his unacceptable attitude. It’s just as easy to be kind as nasty. T-Mobile cant want a person like that representing them. We went and immediately moved everything to Verizon where the service was amazing and the sales person was a complete sweetheart! Not saying the T-Mobile store is bad… but this employee was atrocious. I told my son - that’s how you never treat others!!!!
On October 16th I walked in to this store to get a new iPhone SE and after a short wait, I worked with Solo to get my phone set up. He was very professional and kind and had me on my way very quickly. I’ve had my phone for over a week at this point and I have no complaints!
My daughter has been working nonstop and going without a day off to meet the demand for the vaccine. Very proud, but with limited time I knew I had to get her another phone ASAP. We arrived as directed, 90 minutes before close. We got in line not knowing they were slammed. Marie literally stayed almost 2 hours after close to accommodate us. I was switching my service. My former carrier tried to bully me into paying aa ridiculous amount to unlock the phone. Enrique advised me it wasn't worth it. He called around to find me the same phone. Although he couldn't locate it I'm happy with what I got. Thank you for your help.
I met up with a friend at this location who was having her phone serviced. I decided to get a quote for a new phone for myself. It had been 6 years since I had a new phone and I decided it was time to upgrade. The sales person, EJ told me to stop by the next day because a new promotion would be starting that would benefit me. I did and he took good care of me. EJ was very informative, kind and professional. I not only recommend this store, but highly recommend you ask for EJ when you visit.
