Went in for an upgrade, was welcomed by all the associates. Belinda was so knowledgeable about all the promos and phones. She made the upgrade so painless and fast. I will be recommending this location and directing people to Belinda in the future . I love my new phone thank you
I want to start off by saying I came here with hopes of not having to be here long but knowing anything to do with a phone company can take hours. I was greeted with an amazing team who were all so kind and non overbearing. Andrea helped us and she was so so kind. I was only going to do one upgrade but because she was so nice and knowledgeable about my questions not only did I upgrade two phones I bought of pair of new ipods. she was so helpful and so quick too! I was there less than an hour and I couldn’t believe it. if I could give her 10 stars I would. thanks again andrea!
Came into the store with a question and was very pleased with my experience with Andrea. She ended up helping my family switch over from AT&T quickly and smoothly. She is very knowledgeable with the phones and promos and I will be returning to her specifically for all my phone needs. Will be referring all my friends and family! Thank you!!
Every representative at this T-Mobile location was extremely welcoming. Especially Andrea! She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the perfect plan for me and my family. She also helped me chose my Apple Watch, which I absolutely love!

I came in to replace my broken phone & Karina helped me get one free & helped me transfer everything into my new phone really fast. Definitely recommend going to her because she really helps you throughout the whole process & she helped me with my bill too.
I HATED T-Mobile for years. Got help from Lupe and hands down BEST customer service I had ever gotten. Nice to feel like you don't ruin someone's day asking for help. This location will be around for awhile with a staff like that. Keep it up!
