T Spa Nails 2 by safeway on 408 Cleveland.

Got my nails done here two weeks ago, acrylic nails, and they all fell off within 2 weeks. Started falling off 2 days after and paid $85 and tipped $25 cuz I thought she did a good job and when I went back she wanted to charge me $30 for a fill. Never has happened to me before.Service: Acrylic nails

Horrible. When trying to remove my gel polish the lady ripped off half my nail before I pulled away & started bleeding all over. She tried to hide it from me & then when I asked her what happened to my nail she said they were so small.... She ended up putting dip powder over the tip of it & it looks lifted & weird. No infection...yet! But the nail still has dried blood & green stuff on the edge/underneath from the solution she put on it for the bleeding. My toenail is still sensitive a week later. I'm not sure they clean or sanitize any instruments as she was using them all on my bloody toe & going right back into the cart. Gave me a $10 giftcard for a bloody, ugly toe. Will never be back.

My pedi was great but my daughter got a fill with a really bad design. Wrong color and not at all what she asked for. They wouldn't change it AND they charged her for it. She’ll probably have to have someone else re do it because she hates the design. What was a good experience turned sour pretty quickly. She was so upset :/Service: Pedicure

I went to get a gel-fill and it went well, my nails look nice but the underneath is poorly cleaned up? Like there's glue clumps and stuff. I don't know if I'm being hypercritical because I never really get my nails done but that's what I got

Really friendly, Nughin took her time and made sure to follow what I wanted. I just moved here a couple month's ago and i couldn't find a salon that I left really liking my nails and not having a natural nail stab me.Services: Nail painting

This is only my second time coming here. I got my nails done the coffin shape for the first time and Jade did absolutely wonderful. She took her time to make sure every nail was shaped and filed to perfection. I had one nail on each hand a marble design and she made it look amazing! I am more than thrilled with my experience here today. She did so good, I will continue to come here for all of my nail needs and I will request her every time!

I went in just the day before everything was shut down to have a gel manicure/pedicure done in March 2020, the staff was all wearing masks, everything was sanitized and cleaned multiple times while I was there, it felt like they were going above and beyond to make sure everyone was protected. That was before anyone “had” to do anything. I’m really excited to get back in there since it’s been so long now. This is my favorite nail salon, consistently getting great manicures, with lots of options and the people make it extra special. : My mom and I have been going there for a long time, sometimes it’s super busy and we have to wait for a few minutes it makes me happy to know they have lots of customers and sometimes it’s not and that also makes me happy bc they can visit more and we get right in, but every time we have been greeted, receive super friendly service, and it is always sparkling clean! Edit: They took some time during the shut down to remodel and it’s gorgeous inside. I am always very excited to see their updates and new features services, I just like to see small local businesses doing well, and all of the staff and owners deserve it, they work so hard.Services: Nail art
