Well made and relatively affordable boba, and snacks like popcorn, chicken and egg puff pastry. Even 50% sugar here is really sweet, I go for 25% and low ice. It's better to order online before you arrive or else you'll often wait for a really long time.Food: 4/5

I've been visiting Oakland for a quick holiday, amd the experience has been truly horrendous. Visiting this cafe has been one of the only good memories I have of the vacation so far. The staff was friendly and helpful, the meal and drinks were made in a timely manner, and it was all very yummy. I loved my Okinawa milk tea. Just the right amount of sweetness and flavor.

I recently visited T4 Oakland and was blown away by their delicious mango fresh drink! It was the perfect blend of sweetness and tanginess, and I couldn't get enough of it. The tea selection was also fantastic, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The atmosphere of the place was also great - it had a cozy and welcoming vibe. Overall, T4 Oakland is a great place to hang out with friends, or just relax and enjoy some delicious drinks. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time and some great tea!

First of all, the prices are super low compared to the boba places in SF. Ordered a classic milk tea with boba -less than $5 and it was so tasty. The tea flavor was decent and the boba was very chewy and had a good amount of sweetness. Usually, i am quite skeptical of the food at drink places but the calamari was super tasty! It was crunchy and light and the squid was very tender. Good amount for $6. Cannot recommend enough!

Generally things are good from here. But everytime we order the chicken wings, they're undercooked. Take caution if you order chicken wings from here.

Not friendly, Not fast, but that’s not important when it’s that good. It was super convenient and to find some amazing Udon minutes away was spectacular luck!

Just visited T4 in Oakland Chinatown, I was attracted by that strong milk tea aroma inside the store instantly. Staffs are friendly and approachable, usually I would like to order Earl Gray tea, roasted oohlong tea, Milk tea with coconut jelly, or French pudding milk tea, but today I tried their new special drink called Fresh grapefruit green Tea, and that tastes pretty good and so refreshing, I love it. And I have tried their several snacks, ramen, and using noodle as well, and they all taste good the price is somewhat fair$6.95--$8.85 before tax. There is one thing I need to complain about is the wait time for a single Eggpuff order 20 minutes minimum

I usually always love my stuff from t4 but I went and bought 4 drinks one of them had weird chunky pieces in it. I dont know if the milk they used was old but it was gross and had a bad taste. I only ordered normal taro milk tea with boba and it had chunks in it.

This place is alright. Good place for a bubble tea drink if you want to spend a little money for just a drink. It's very popular with high school kids. Loads come here after school. There are also good finger foods here. Check it out but by the time you leave you will realize that the money spent here could have been spent in a good meal.
