I work hard doing a dirty trucking job, and just want a hot shower. I don't need 2 Nancy's talking around me like I'm not standing there. I'd hate for you to do the job you're hired to do. A real day of honest work would kill you.
If the fuel hoses only reach 50% of my truck, then you'll only get 50% of my business. Design your pumps better if you want more of my business. Thanks.
very bad service talk to customers like a dog very I called them to send a mechanic, they said I had to wait 2 hours, but I waited 5 hours. They still didn’t come, I called them again, they said I still have to wait an hour and communicates with people like animals, like a dog.
Don’t go to the shop, they’ll get out of the warranty. An to the big guy with the ugly beard that argued with me about, it couldn’t be my tires making that noise. Well you was wrong, it was the tires. The guy that told me to go to the shop I got my tires from to get the warranty. You should pay me $750 that I lost that week, waiting on tires at home. When I could have fixed it on the road an kept rolling. Dear management, if you want my business here, clean house.
Extremely rude cashier, tall curly haired kid basically through my receipt In my face, I asked for a bag and he didn’t give me one I had to get one off the counter myself and bag my drinks. He acted like I was a total inconvenience to him, maybe because I interrupted his smoke break?
Both Popeyes and Pizza Hut closed till further notice do to “unforeseen circumstances.” My guess is they don’t want to pay a decent wage so no one wants tow work there. I’ve been noticing a trend that Petro and TA can’t keep a restaurant operating and if they do it closes sometime in the afternoon. Flying J seems to do pretty good with their Dennys locations and Loves with whatever fast food they have. They want to sell diesel and parking but provide the minimum of every thing a else we drivers need. Follow up: I don’t want to fill out your contact form for another generic reply acting like TA cares. The only thing you can count on at TA/Petro is that you can’t count on them.
The waitress was absolutely amazing! Food was delicious and served hot. If/when we are without electricity again and need to go out to eat, we will go back.
As another reviewer stated, we were driving back late from a concert in Cincinnati when we stopped at this travel center. It was midnight and there was only one clerk, which doesn't seem safe to me. Anyway, I first tried to get cappuccino and it was only frothy water, no flavoring. Next I tried for iced coffee and it was empty. Why bother having the place open if nothing is available? And the clerk is rude, when we asked which register to go to he said "The only one open", no "Thank you" or "Have a good night" or anything. I would say if you can wait until the next stop I would.
Why would you close a restaurant at 7/8 pm? when there's truckers that roll in around that time and would like to eat. Even pizza hut was closed and not everyone likes Popeyes chicken...... Drivers they jacked the prices again in the restaurant as if they're a 5star restaurant. Not to mention the price hike on reserved parking
Bad place to use shop service. They wanted me to wait 7 hours to check the battery. The empty shop was 5:30 a.m., a single mechanic and all the service vehicles parked.
