My alternator went out on my box truck. I called road service and they matched me up with this location. Two mechanics came out. First of all they arrived in less than 90 minutes! When they arrived they went right to work! They had to call around to get the part but they eventually found it. They left to go get the part and came back. When they came back to my truck they immediately got to work. These two guys tonight I didn’t get their names but they were very professional, made a couple of jokes which was great because I was already having a stressful couple of days but these guys made it great for me today. This is the first review I ever did on a truck stop but this one in particular has two of the best diesel mechanics I’ve ever did business with! Thanks guys!!!!
$2.34 for a coffee refill. My company gives me the option of using the TA or loves. I’ll stay with loves I sure hope that $2.34 was worth it because you lost thousands from me. Perhaps the expensive cost would’ve been so bad if I was greeted appropriately but what I said hello to the lady she just looked the other way. Poor service poor experience I will go across the street to the pilot next time
I've used this service location before. It was decent. However my second time around here for two tires was Horrible. Lazy Negros that don't wanna work. A fat crippled white girl that wanted to play on her phone vs taking a call from my trucking company. People leaving you sitting In a bay for hours with no explanation. I won't be back.
The stuff is very rude and not helpfull. It happened that I lost my wallet with all cards. My company sent me a new one by a messenger, activated it. I was ran out of fuel, and nobody tried to help me to solve the problem. Especially their manager Tammy Yardly, who were sending me in a wrong direction then immediatelly dissappearing, demanding an ID, even after I said that I lost my wallet with all documents and cards. Finally I brought a TWEAK CARD, and I was sent in wrong dirrection again to do something. Very upset with this truck stop. Very rude.
Check my truck in because I was hearing air coming from emergency airlines they check the truck and said I had no problems the next day I could literally drive with my red/emergency airline break not pushed in….also he look at the truck for about 5 min only decent part was his manager did ask him was he sure and he respond yes I was charged 73.96 I hope I get my money back smh
Waited on shop to replace an airbag on my truck for 18 hours and 44 minutes, after finally getting on the highway again I drove exactly 71 miles and all bolts had fallen out of the new airbag and my light box which they also removed while working on airbag. When I called to tell them what was going on I was told I would have to call another TA to fix it, they had no technicians available. I then called 2 more TAs and was told the same thing. So I literally wasted almost 19 hours and 400 dollars for nothing. How can they get by with this? That being said if all you need is parking they have plenty of it.
I have to give this T/A Travel center mechanic shop 4 stars for being so clean ,lots of parking. Couldn't even see any trash any where in the parking lot, bathrooms are really clean, Patrol car watching all the time. Lots of different food stores Pilot trucks stop right across the road walking distance, liquid store, pizza restaurant, even a Adult books store. People acting like it's a regular grocery store walking in and out waving at each other saying hello.. It's a older truck stopped inside and out but it's good.. I would make this my regular stopping place when I come threw again.. Its not the Sheraton hotel don't count on vala parking or porter to grab your bags when your going to take a shower.. It's a truck stop...
A liked the new look when we first went inside. Completely updated from previous inside of the building for the truck stop. The food here was ok not the best. I give it a rate of 3 mostly because my grilled chicken was burned on one side and the cook forgot my sauce to be put on the wrap. I did receive the sauce after I realize it wasn't there but who puts cold sauce on a warm sandwich? The macaroni and cheese was a -3 because the noodles were under cooked and the cheese was like they mixed in to much water in the cheese sauce.
Lady at fuel desk this evening was so nice..food was great...it was do busy..but everyone was very nice..very clean even with that many people
By far, the biggest TA location I’ve been to yet. This place has everything, and with large quantities. The parking lot looks like a small airport strip, with over 300 parking spots. Everything you’d expect to see at a truck stop, plus more; there’s even a barber shop on the second floor. Parking lot smells like urine. Some drivers don’t want to walk the distance to the washroom. Be careful at this place. Looks like some locals wondering around and some with baseball bats. They have a security guard on duty driving around but a lot that’s going to do when it only takes minutes to get robbed. The security guard woke me up from a dead of sleep last night because the decided to make my spot a reserved parking spot. Very rude! I’ll stay clear of this hell hole next time.
