Table Rock Community Bank

This is a terrible bank with employees that DO NOT KNOW how to do their job or they must be really lazy and careless employees. I've been banking with them for a few years now and 3 times I have deposited my check through the drive through only to find out a few days later they didn't really deposite my money into my account and then my account goes in the negative and shows I have an overdraft fee. "This is the 3rd time this has happened!!" I'm going to call them tomorrow and figure out why my money is not in my account and hopefully get it resolved. They usually do get it resolved and apologize, but I will be closing my account this is absolutely ridiculous. I would highly not recommend banking here and I will be sure to tell everyone I know! Two of the times that this has happened it has caused me to miss a credit card payment so if you want to lower your credit score then you should bank here! I also read some of the other one star reviews and somebody else has missed credit card payments also because of bank errors this bank is trash

I banked with this bank for four years! Out of the blue double charged me on a payment, I proved they charged me twice, and I wanted my money back and since i wanted my money back they gave it to me and closed my account. Then, told me "i" was dissatisfied with table rock community bank. When they took it apon themselves to close my account. Unprofessional and very rude to me.

This bank is a terrible bank. Been doing business with them for 5 years! Had a $0 amount in my checking and they closed my account. Not only that, been away on business and impossible for them to do transaction with them. They needed to see me in person, told them I'm not in the area. Do yourself a favor and go with another bank. Would of gave them 0 stars if I could!

Very disappointed in Table Rock Community Bank. Never have I had a late payment on my credit in 30yrs but now I have 2 from a banking error. Time to refinance with a bank that knows how to communicate. Frank Mordis

This is the best bank I have ever worked with. They are so friendly and outgoing. They are always available to help with any problems, needs, or guidance.

Lovely ladies always greet with a smile and make you feel welcome. They offer soda and snacks while you have to wait. Greet place to bank
