Crispy Cornmeal Crust Pizza
IT ALL STARTED AROUND THE TABLE.
After fifteen years making Vicolo® cornmeal crust pizzas here in the San Francisco Bay Area, we wondered how our popular pizzas could be taken beyond the Bay Area to dinner tables everywhere. With that thought in mind, we headed over to our partner’s restaurant, ordered our favorite foods and wine, and sat at our favorite table, Table 5. While discussing our grand idea, we all agreed we would never compromise on our unique cornmeal crust or on the quality of our toppings. Since then, we've stayed true to our vision and our values; our pizzas are made the same way we did fifteen years ago, by hand in small batches, using only premium all-natural ingredients.
