The pictures I have added are black mold on the back sinks mold in the drink stations food they use over night and does not meet quality safety standards for food safety the fryers are completely black grease if I was anybody I wouldn’t ever eat here staff doesn’t care stands outside all day long smoking speed is terrible I received these pictures from a ex employee a couple weeks ago because he was wrongfully terminated this is crazy this tacohell needs shut down I used to eat here all the time now I won’t even consider it someone needs to call the health department the person who runs it needs fired and someone else needs to take it over disgusting and disgraceful have better standards Tacobell
Typical Taco Bell. Food is decent. Orders usually made correct. Happy they brought back the Mexican Pizza just wish they would start using green onion again. Service is usually fast. This location is never that busy the couple times I've gone. Prices are pretty standard.Food: 4/5
This is by far the worst Taco Bell in the state of Ohio. The food is sloppy. It looks like they tossed the ingredients at the shells from across the room. The last time I went for dine-in we were ignored and ended up leaving without being served. We were literally the only people in the dining room. If you get drive-thru, you'll end up leaving without some of your food if you don't check your order, guaranteed. Do not recommend. Go to Austinburg.
This Taco Bell was great! They got my meal taken care of and even added to it when I forgot to add something and needed to last minute. Service was great! Only downside to this taco bell is they close the lobby early it seems around 8Food: 5/5
Literally if you hate your job just stay home... Everything on my order was incorrect minus my hard taco and my potato taco. 1 piece of chicken in my spicy chicken taco, it was like this with 4 of the 6 and I ordered where like this and I ordered a Chicken Chipotle Chalupa Combo and got beef. I love paying extra $$ to have my order completely obliterated. Complete and utter waste of time and this happens everytime I go to this location. Never again and you can keep your "Free" food to make the order up. Sure hope your not paying these employees more then minimum wage if so your loss...

Terrible drive thru experience 7/6/2023, Ashtabula, Ohio, Prospect Rd! Nobody taking order for many minutes, finally just left. Multiple cars ahead and behind me did the same thing. Experience at the Austinburg, Oh location was TONS better.Food: 1/5
This is awful to even have to write this review. So not only did they mess the order up which okay I get it. The food was gross. It was soggy and the taco barely had any meat at all. Missed half the order. I'm sad. Well I'll stick to what I know Madison taco bell y'all the real MVPs!
This is the very worst taco bell in history there food last night came from door dash an for once it was the restaurants fault missing food one an two the food was made so poorly the tacos i ordered were no cheese add tomato they came soaked in tomato juice stuck to the wrapper the cheesy bean an rice birriotos were only bean forgot the rest of it also dident even send sacues that were ordered so nice dry meal plz for the love of god drive 300 ft more an go to arbys or wendys there atleast going to give u an correct order
Understaffed...very slow moving drive thru, undersupplieddidnt have what we wanted, no soft tacos, food that we got was terrible. I'll never go to this Taco Bell againFood: 1/5
