If I could give negative stars I would. I am consistently disappointed in this Taco Bell. The last 4 orders I’ve had has been incorrect. The first order, a Crunchwrap supreme, was missing the tostada shell! How do you forget the crunch in the crunch wrap. The second time I went here I ordered 2 burritos and another Crunchwrap hoping to actually have a good one, and the crunch wrap was missing from my order! The third time, I was with family and while it was a larger order, I understand mistakes will happen, we were missing two tacos. And the fourth and FINAL time I will ever come here I, again, ordered two Crunchwraps and two burritos, hoping if I ordered two they wouldn’t forget it, AND I RECEIVED THREE TACOS!!!! I went back to get my CORRECT order and when I received it one of the crunchwraps was only half full, one had what looks like metal shavings it shined in the sun and didn’t disintegrate like ash would on the tortillas and a freaking hair in the lettuce. HOW DOES THIS CONTINUALLY HAPPEN! I work in food service myself so I understand mistakes but this is insane. Your food cost must be shot. Every time I call no one EVER answers the phone. I love Taco Bell, I used to eat it every day for lunch literally every day but now it is absolutely ruined. This is pathetic.
The restaurant was mostly clean, a couple napkins on the floor but that was understandable as there were a few children eating there. The kitchen floor, however, was trashed. Not a deal breaker for me, as I understand that sometimes you're too busy to sweep up. The staff took my order quickly and accurately, in addition they provided a positive experience. The order-taker who I believe is called "Destiny" engaged with both the children and me simultaneously without losing track of either conversation. She remained interested and kept up her side of the conversation even after a long day of work. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was expected as they seemed a bit busy. I have eaten at the taco Bell before and each time the front line staff provides a positive experience for me. The last time I ate here, they ran out of their promotional item, and the managers did all in their power to correct the issue. The food is typically above the average taco Bell quality, thought it is dependent on what time you arrive, later in the night or when things are busy the quality tends to decrease as is expected. Let's not burrito the bush, it was a positive experience with allot to taco bout.
This was my second time ordering from this Taco Bell , I got a burrito supreme and a chicken quesadilla, I’ve gotten this before and I’ve had no problems the people in the restaurant have always been super nice , but today when I got home to eat the same thing I came down with terrible food poisoning. Unfortunately I will not be back.Food: 1/5
We got the roll craven pack. It was yummy delicious . I also love the soft shell taco . Strawberry twist .Food: 5/5
Taco Bell has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants for more than the last 2 decades. I have now ate at this particular location in Easley 3 times. It puts into question why Taco Bell has always been a favorite of mine. Haven't had food from Tac Bell that was this GOOD. Every Taco Bell should call here and see what they do differently because if every Taco Bell tasted like this, I'd eat there every day.
Food was really good for Taco Bell. The cost has gotten almost as expensive to eat here as it would a large set down taco restaurant! I still say support small businesses and find a good taco truck, there are plenty around now.Food: 4/5
Doordash order. Food wasn't bad, but after finding a roach in one of my tacos...think I'm gonna pass on this location from now on and recommend others do the same.
I asked for a 'custom' order & the staff had no problem meeting my needs. Parking: Plenty of parking available.
Just paid $11.43 for a Mexican Pizza combo! This is what I got! First pic The inside wasn't much better! Who taught these people how to half make the food?!? Went back the next day. Manager made me a new one, no problem! Second pic
I ordered through door dash. Two of my tacos were wrong and the soda had no flavor.
