Ordered some cinnamon twist, they were good. Somewhat above the average Taco Bell standard in quality and service .Food: 4/5
Chicken bowl was alright. Meat will abit tough and salty. Cinnamon balls were not too bad, soft and gooey on the inside.Recommended dishesQuesadilla
Had 3 bad experiences stopping there while driving through. Two different occasions multiple people in the car asked for burrito Supremes an got just bean an cheese burritos but charged full price for burrito Supreme. Ask for hot sauce for a big order they give 2 hot sauce an 2 napkins. Went inside to get food once an stood around 8 minutes before just ordering on the kiosk. All 4 employees doing nothing wouldn't ask for our order.
Ack, hate the self serve kiosks. Then no receipt, despite entering my dang phone number... Don't try to ask an EMPLOYEE they ignore you, point at the dang kiosk.. Well it doesn't work right, so WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO DO??? HOURS STATE 11pm, we ate in car, no trash cans in outside area So tried to go in with trash, friggin doors are locked.. Left them the trash at door.. Now food. Yeah Taco Bell has a bad reputation, but ok, I've had enough that EVERY Taco Bell ground beef tastes exactly the same each place. It's prepared/prepackaged/frozen elsewhere so every franchise tastes same. Well this meat was weird, not bad, but a very unusual flavor.. Not the usual.. My partner noticed the same... Not to mention their prices are about 20-35¢ higher on everything compared to other Taco Bells.
Food is fine here, but there always seems to be some kind of issue. Sometimes they close unannounced, sometimes they run out of a big ticket item, like beans or tortillas. Your order might be wrong or missing items, so check your order before leaving.Food: 3/5
Was working out of Tahoe for the last 2 weeks, went to this taco bell about 10:20 pm. Freshest best tasting taco bell I’ve ever had!Food: 5/5
No brains. 4th of July weekend. SO let's repaint the place and be really understaffed, and have homeless people with pitbulls camping in the weed infested parking lot. Now that we set the "atmosphere"...the food was typical Taco Bell C+. Too many better choices in Truckee. PS: no Coke , Pepsi only and Ice Tea is not available.
Went to drive thru, just avoid the trash on the way in. Food was good, service was good, order was right!Food: 4/5

Google shows that the lobby is open but it's not. There is not a lot of food options if you drive a semi truck anywhere close. This location is right of the I-80 and there is plenty of room to park a semi. Just burned my lunch because the owner of this establishment doesn't update that the lobby is closed. If they can keep the drive through flowing there is no reason not to open the lobby. So if you can't fit in the drive through go somewhere else.
