All of my tacos had this much meat on them and I ordered the new frito taco and they gave me a total of 5 Fritos on my whole burrito . Pure laziness to whomever was on the shift today I just left there 20 min ago. What a waste of moneyFood: 1/5
*UPDATE* I'm not sure what changed management?, but there has been quite an upgrade in all ways here. As I use the mobile app a lot, they have even come to know me personally and know my like and dislikes. They provide free Senior Drinks, which I really hope they keep. I appreciate that very much. The food good, they typically get orders correct, restaurant is clean, and service is usually good. The only issues I have is with Taco Bell themselves, raising prices unnecessarily Chips And Nacho Cheese for $1.99?? and taking away some of the rewards that kept me coming back.
I picked up several orders for my company and specifically asked the taco bell employee's if there were drinks on any of the orders and the confidently told me no. I asked if I had all the orders in the one bag, and they said that I did. They missed all of the drinks and 1 full order. when I spoke with the manager on duty she said she will remake the item for me to drive back out there but she cannot refund anything. bad service, untrained employee's.
something that can honestly worry you is the cleanliness of the restaurant, it is impressive that since January I go to the restaurant and we are in August and the bathroom is increasingly dirty. They don't make an effort to clean it, it's really disgusting to go into the toilets. and they clean the lobby but do not disinfect the tables, a single cloth and without washing they go through all the tables... that really gives me a lot to think about what the kitchen will be like, I really hope they can solve that problem.
Thought I'd give this another shot, new year and the rest. This is the last review of this place. Ask for beef burrito, boy said they discontinued. I enquired about the burrito supreme, oh yes. I said ok I'll have a supreme and hold the beans, lettuce,tomatoes. So DA DA BEEF Freaking burrito! Well I got a nasty bean burrito. His little girl friend was ok until I asked her for napkins. Moral of this story is, this place still the worst TB I'VE ever been to. I like TB but never again at this location!BOOM !!!!
I feel like every time I come here I’m constantly waiting for them to make a taco that should take 2 seconds to put together. It’s not that hard to make fake Mexican food let’s get it together. Parking: The drive thru line often goes out of the parking lots it’s stupid
What more can you say it's Taco Bell you either are going to get a good experience or a bad experience. We'll this time it was good dealing with this type of restaurant the experience mostly depends on the employee if the customer service skills are right good experience. This young man who took my order had great customer service he was patient and helpful, he guided me through my order and handled it like a boss. When I received my order and I must say it was pretty quick, I barely had time to pour up my drink from the self-service fountain. The food was piping hot with an aroma of tasty goodness that was ready and willing to be devoured, and I must say it was very tasty. To keep it totally honest, the food was Slapping to be fast food not worthy of going on a rave about it it is noteworthy to say it was very fresh and worth commending. Vegetarian options: The bean burritos are so good if you are adventurous, try black beans with refried beans. What items that they have with meat they're willing to make it in a vegetarian meal, and I truly love it.
Worst service ever. Ordered, paid, waited and waited and waited some more. 5 customers came and went and still NO food. Asked what the status was and blank stares. Then "oh sorry, we don't have it". Well...u just took our $$ and I have a receipt. Oops...that order just popped up, we will make it now. Surely...Taco Bell, u can do better than that!!!! Front counter workers were also rude.
Ordered 4 taco and Mexican pizza combos thru Door Dash pickup. They packed the Mexican pizzas sideways resulting in Mexican pizza mush! Ordered 1 combo without beans. All 4 had beans. Ordered 1 combo with crunchy tacos. Got 1 crunchy and 1 soft. I will not shop the Lynn Haven Taco Bell again.
This is the best taco bell in Bay county Florida!!! Food is always hot, they NEVER screw up my orders. The people that work there are super chill. Awesome job to the employees.
