I know the country is having shortages at this time, but I just got tacos that are as thick or thin as an Orio cookie. Look at the picture. Definitely going to complain to the management about this one. This place is going downhill fast. I called the store and talked to a manager named Josh. I was promised a replacement meal plus some coupons. I went back thru the drive thru a couple of days later. The lobby was locked at 12:03 PM on a Saturday. The replacement tacos were just as bad as the originals see second photo. They just lost a customer. I will never go back to this store.
Now I've been to my fair share of Taco Bell's, I know where the good and bad ones are, this is definitely a good one. Friendly, clean staff who make the food properly. Nice and modern establishment with a great 1.00 menu, and no, not the garbage 1.39 menu. Plus, they let you inside and fill up your own in drink for takeout, a rarity in the covid times. All my highest recommendations. This establishment represents the best in Taco Bell, all should follow suit.
Very good meals. Grandaughter loves to go there after ti Quan do class. My grandsons order was wrong. But he ate it anyway.Food: 5/5
Female bathroom, single room and the lock wouldn't work was also really dirty. I ended up sneaking over to the men's room and it was definitely cleaner and the lock on the door worked.Food: 5/5
Stopped in to get a 2 Deluxe box combos the person at counter said we are out of Chicken so we can’t sell the box meal . So we asked if they could substitute another item “ no we can’t it would put our inventory off “ so asked for manager she said the same thing so here’s the thing they had another meal combo marked sold out but knowing they can’t sell the Deluxe box it wasn’t marked sold out . If that is not available they should marked as sold out . 12:30 then the counter person said “can’t make it easier to understand “ well I guess the customer service is out the window these days won’t be eating Taco -bell . The manager said “well they didn’t send the chicken so we can’t sell it to you . Okay but inventory tracking is more important than selling food to a customer that asked to substitute a 3-4 $ item for a 1-2 $ item sorry but every employee their looked to be under 25 years old hope the owner reads this also Corp needs to change the bylaws on customer service
Prices are high. The wait took 19 minutes to get our 2 meals and drink. The cashier was pleasant but not trained on refunds. She finished the transaction as she said we do not have the Baja Freeze drinks. What else did you want she asked. When I asked for a refund because regular drinks are cheaper she stated I cant the drawer is closed. The I had to ask for a manager and explain it all over again to her.

Prices of a sit down restaurant,not unlike most fast food now. Ate at taco bells occasionally in the past ,but I'm sorry to say, not so much anymore. Had to leave without ordering the last time i was at one.
No more $0.49 tacos, slow getting your order out for being the only one inside or drive thru but trust me, my food was hot and made perfect. Parking: Plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Not automatic doors but they have wide spaces and ramps.
Overpriced at $20.97 for 3x DLT Supreme tacos, a quesadilla, a soft taco, and a soda. I received tap water instead of bottled water. I was given an expired coupon for my inconvenience. Dry cheese… I would have rated it ZERO stars, but the French-looking cutie with tattoos was alone worth one star
