Every person that works drive thru is rude, my food always looks like it’s thrown in the wrapper and smushed. Cant even get a simple “thank you have a good day”. Genuinely pathetic, get a new crew don’t pay them more.
I ordered online to pick up in lobby. They wouls not let me in lobby. Said it was closed and I had to go through the long drive thru line even though my order was on mobile order rack. There were 5 staff members in the restaurant. A girl was mopping and would not look at me. Terrible service. Ignoring customers is just not appropriate at anytime.
I ordered 3 tacos which were good, 1 burrito and a order of chicken wings. The chicken wings were so dry and hard as a rock me nor my husband could eat them. Very unacceptable. I'll not return to throw away money again. Parking: Plenty of spaces to park.
I like the remodel, and the food quality has definitely gone up! My previous review comments of the building being too cold was resolved! The building is now cozy, upgraded, and very good quality food for price. Would recommend going here.Food: 5/5
Literally the best taco bell I've ever had. My order was correct, fast, and just overall tasted great! Customer service was great too!!

Went through the drive through and asked for their hot coffee the cinnabon hot coffee and I asked them to make it half regular coffee and they were kind enough to accommodate meFood: 5/5
ordered 40 worth of food, got everything but my sauce packets. I am very upset. do better
The location is great. But I've gotta give it 3 stars because I heard one of the employees at the drive-thru say, "oh no, I forgot their cinnamon twists" speaking about the people before me, and the other said, "who cares. The amount of food they got, they'll be full." Like no, I don't even touch the cinnamon twists, but if I pay for something, I want to get it...
Does this look like 2 dollars worth? I simply asked for no lettuce so your telling me I would have gotten that much lettuce.
