The order is incorrect every single time. If you state no sour cream it seems they do the opposite and load it onto everything. The employees do not seem to care about the food they are serving. We have ordered via door dash multiple times and it has never once been correct. For example, this order was not supposed to even come with sour cream and it somehow is on there. The manager of this establishment really must not care about the customers as reading other customers reviews I realize I am not the only one feeling this way.
Decided to come with some friends to get some taco bell. We first ordered-everything was fine until we got our food.We checked to see if everything was fine, it wasn't. My friend is vegan and ordered tacos with black beans and no cheese the first set of tacos had meat. We went back to get the ordered fixed and the second set has cheese all over the tacos. I told the worker that it was wrong again and the whole team pulled up to the window, one of them gave us rude attitude and said we should've said that in the first place which we did and even shows on the receipt. Before I could even say anything, she slammed the window in my face and walked away. I drove away shocked at the amount of disrespect we had received.I felt bad for my friend who has to scrap the tacos and try to eat them and become nauseous the rest of the day. Never have I ever had any problems with any fast-food chain until this restaurant.
Worst drive thru in the whole area! Was in the drive through for a whole hour just for the rice to be burnt and order incorrect. Then the customer service is horrendous nothing but pure attitude anytime I come to this location the women are nasty and just act like they doing something to your food. I literally drive 40 mins out my way to get food at another Taco Bell and they get my food out in less then 15 mins hot and good with no tummy aches. This location is suspect.
I would not visit this location if you have dietery restrictions. I have been a vegetarian for almost 10 years. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme. The receipt and the screen reflected the ordered were correct. I started eating it and there was beef inside. Judging by the reviews this location has a history of messing orders up. I am going to assume the zero response from management regarding these complaints, they don't seem to care. Just be careful when ordering here. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but the staff messes up the orders
The worst. Thanks for the meat in my chalupa. You guys suck. Always the same story barely any meat.
This place sucks. Don’t waste your time. Ordered and I have been waiting over 30 minutes go to Wendy’s!
I love the price! Taco Bell has done an amazing job resisting inflation! I went to McDonald's a couple weeks ago and the bill was $30 for 2 people. I just paid $14, for 2 people, at Taco Bell and the food is so much better than McDonald's.
This Taco Bell never seeks to amaze me my wife ordered 4 Crunchwrap Supremes one was not even put together and just had tomato sour cream and lettuce and they look like they halfway folded it and just threw it inside the bag and the other one they put something what I think was Chicken in it but there was only like three or four pieces that was a little smaller than a half of a dime and I don't even want to take it back and it's not even worth to drive the two miles back to complain about it and i called just to let them know of course no one picks up the phone you guys did a great job keep up the good work by the way I used to love Taco Bell until I started coming here
I ordered through Uber eats using my brother Tyler’s account , the picture on the right is what I ordered and the left is what I got . I not only received the wrong order I received food that was made 5 hours before hand . Tyler d food was done at 8:30 am I ordered food at 1pm and got my food at 1:30 pm that’s 5 hours the food sat on the counter
