I had the absolute best service and food last night at midnight no doubt on July 29. not only was the man taking my order, pleasant and patient. I got through the line in less than five minutes or message was hot and absolutely delicious. I was so impressed Nice work.Food: 5/5
When you place a mobile order now they have you pull into a parking spot to wait 15-20+ minutes for your food to come out. They messed up every item in the order. Ended up throwing the entire thing away. This Taco Bell used to actually be good w good service. The night staff acts like they could care less nowFood: 2/5
I prefer to talk with someone when placing my order. Not a screen. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter but they never did. I used the touch screen to place my order. I was not sent a receipt even thought I asked for a text receipt and put in my phone number. I will not waste my hard earned money or time visiting the Fayetteville Taco Bell again. And to top it off I paid for extra cheese cups but did not get them. After my food was flung on the counter and they called my name I just wanted to get out of there.
Horrible customer service I asked the manager to make sure my food is right please the manager said I get whatever food I get they can’t check the order to make sure it’s right she should be fired she has horrible leadership and also refused to give me her name she replied I’m the Gm we don’t need this type of attitude in Fayetteville I’m so disappointed they just added new staff they bring kids to work baby crying in lobby managers are mad at customers for not knowing how to work the Machine that take your orders mind you they had plenty of people to take orders
Noisy w/construction crew in parking lot. I could barely hear the person thru drive thru intercom. To be honest this was my first time visiting TBsince Covid. They still have that same water leak in along the drive thru curb.
Uber and drive thru seems to be priority. Had to remind them I had been waiting for almost 20 minutes for my order and there was someone waiting before me while drive thru and online orders went right out. July 9th 9:00 pm they have locked the dining room ignored the first two cars in front of me. Now TWENTY MINUTES into sitting in the drive thru still waiting.... Update 8/28 the manager through the drive-thru at 11 a clock at night was very rude. Not one to go this far but I'll eat the cost of the food I washer drop my food on the floor. After telling me on the drive-thru speaker box boy don't you listen we don't have those.
Even with nobody else in line, the manager forces you to pull forward and park in the parking lot and wait on your food. Just so that they won't have a timer that shows that they didn't deliver food as quickly as they are supposed to Food: 4/5
It is absolutely embarrassing how bad this place has gotten in the last few months. It would be comical if they weren’t actually charging money for this. Not a single person working here has the ability to make any item on the menu correctly. You get your food after a 10 minute wait and half the toppings are missing. Corporate might as well shut this location down at this point. Should be illegal to be this incompetent.
Wild. I got robbed. Put in an order online before we got there. System took the order. We get there and staff is acting sketchy and refusing service to everyone. I go to the drive through window and all this staff was trying to ignore me. They sent the highest man in the room to deal with me. I gave up on my 40 dollars and left. To be honest it was scary. What if I did get my order? Would my kids have gotten sick? Would we? What if someone dies from their practices?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Drive thru customer service was horrible at 9:20 pm on Saturday 6/3/23. Didn’t get the young lady’’s name, but I wish people that do not want to work would stay home. I could barely hear her when she spoke. She cut me off mid sentence and when I asked what she said, she says “I said hold on…, as if she was talking to one of her friends. I let that go, because I really needed to get my order. Then once again while ordering I hear a faint voice. I ask her if she is taking to me because I can barely hear her. She said “ I said proceed with your order., can you hear me now in a loud voice. I’m disturbed now. I told her I don’t want anything and she can keep it. Had to let let her know she really needs a better attitude too. Tried to call the manager, but the line was constantly busy. They don’t have to worry about my business. I refuse to pay for poor customer service.
