Always a great Taco Bell experience at this location. Unlike other nearby locations I've never had their "freeze" machine broken. Staff is friendly, service is good, location is good. The only downside is that this place can get pretty busy at certain times, but I view that as a good sign. I've been here on and off for years and can't remember a screwed up order or any issues.
I really enjoy this location and the people are usually very nice. Today I had an experience that I’m not ok with. Me and my boyfriend pull up to the window and this girl was being rude. We were nothing but pleasant and my boyfriend just wanted to make sure she didn’t forget our water after we have received our food and didn’t hear that she said hold on a second, she got rude with him after he said something and he apologized too for the misunderstanding and still was being rude. I really like this location I just don’t want someone being rude because of someone mishearing them. Thank you.
When u go in u don't get noticed quick and don't ever expect to just be in and out but their food quality is generally pretty goodFood: 5/5
The employees there we're awesome! I tried one of the new burritos they have advertised and I didn't like the sauce on it. I was talking to my boyfriend about how hot it was, the gentleman working the front desk said he'd have them make me a new one without sauce.. They totally took it back and made a new one without the sauce, so much better. Thanks Taco bell!!! Vegetarian options: Menu includes a decent variety of vegetarian dishes. Not sure exactly what they are.
Didn't get my order right. I called store to tell them they messed up my order 5 times. No one answered the phone. Soni sent an email to corporate customer service got no reply. No way to do business.Food: 1/5
Every time I ask for salsa's for breakfast I get 2lbs of hot sauce which I can't eat !!! Why Dietary restrictions: Just Give me Salsas
First we were forced to use the kiosk but yet had to order the slush drinks at the counter. The nachos were so salty they were not edible! Let's not forget the crunchwrap legit had a small circle of cheese sauce, a nachoone a smear of sour cream and a teaspoon of meat in a barely cooked tortilla. If your going to Taco Bell, go to Vestal!!
Took a good nap waiting in the line at 10:30pm on a Friday. I don’t get how people eat this trashy food but my partner was hungry… his opinion: lettuce taste like cleaning products and cheese was tasteless… never putting that on my system
Got my order wrong and I asked for extra cheese and this is what I got. Lady in the drive through spoke way to fast for me to comprehend what she was saying I just paid and left. My girlfriend made me write this review. I personally hate Taco Bell and this experience made me never wanna get Taco Bell again. Luckily we have our own cheese at home.
Hands down the absolute best taco bell....probably the best fast food I have ever had. The damn food could've been in a commercial. All these employees deserve a serious raise, and should probably be recognized by taco bell as the best people to have ever worked there ever.
