The tacos were better than last time i was here, however they still were not Taco Supremes like they used to be. The girl working the register was very nice I am adding to this review. I again went to the Taco Bell on North Chester. The food was perfect. I especially enjoyed the limited time spicy steak burrito. It not only filled me up, but it tasted great. Thinking it was going to be small, I also ordered three tacos. Mistake. I had to take the tacos home. Feast with your eyes. Parking: Lots of parking including wheelchair. Wheelchair accessibility: They have it.
I made an online order, arrived on time to an empty lobby, told them I was there to pick up the order. They aknowledged I was there and that my small order was being made. Twenty minutes later I was still waiting on my order. Apparently they completed my order and just left it on the pickup counter behind the main desk. No one called it out, no one checked the lobby to see if I was there.
I bought 3 Tacos and soda. Always delicious Tacos there. ALL staff are work speedy.
This place is nasty. But I have to say the staff here is nice. My order was correct and In a timely manner. But if you really look at the floors and walls they are dirty nasty. And this place has a weird smell to it.Food: 5/5
Give Alyssa a raise. My husband came thru the drive thru with a big order and left half of it. So I drove back myself to get it, I was given it no trouble, and as I left..... I got stuck. My husband's truck was totally not moving and I could NOT figure out why and I was trying everything. But Alyssa with no hesitation, came out and helped me and hopped in my truck and got it back to normal still dunno what she did lol miracle woman and I was able to go home. Unfortunately when I got home, the other half of the food was soggy and so no one would eat so I cried all the way back to taco bell and they were so sweet, saw my tears, and without any trouble, refunded me. Bless all of you here because I really needed your kindness that night. Vegetarian options: They have a couple options like a veggie burrito and a couple others. Kid-friendliness: They have lots of items covered in nacho cheese with rice and beans and chicken. Everything kids and babies LOVE. Cant wrong at taco bell.
I don't think I've ever had an order correct at the drive thru. What we ordered and paid for today: 2 crunchwraps, 1 soft taco, 1 soda, 1 bean and cheese burrito no , 1 Mexican pizza no . They entirely forgot the burrito, gave us a crunchy taco, and all over the Mexican pizza.
Wanted breakfast but they were not open yet .. they should have been open at 630 however was told it would still be another 30 mins which would have put it at 830am. Of course we went somewhere else to eat.Service: 1/5
So this isn't okay. I went to order and the girl automatically input that I wanted to donate to taco bell scholarship program as she asked me after already adding the total i said no I don't then after approaching the window she said my total including the donation. Cleary shoving the donation in my face and trying to charge me regardless of what I said when I obviously said no. What's up with that??? If taco bell wants to donate for employee scholarship they should not the customers !! On top of which don't round up for me first ask and when I say no don't try and charge me anyway!! What a scam people watch out
After noticing a price difference between 2 difference menu boards I was charged a 3rd price that was higher then the 2 on the boards. As I mentioned the difference the manager became irritated and started giving major attitude. Instead of giving a apology about the mix up and refunding the difference she throws my dollar on the counter and storms off. Very unprofessional.
Was just there 20 minutes ago. I literally had no idea it was possible to screw up an order so badly. Was given regular Mountain Dew instead of Baja blast, a side of meat instead of beans, and no cheese sauce despite charging me for “chips and cheese.” The drive thru worker also acted like I was an inconvenience to them, so there’s that. Drive further to any other Taco Bell, it will be worth it.
