Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on Hillfied. This is the 2nd time that we have had a bad experience here. The first time, we ordered a power menu bowl and the rice was so hard from sitting out that we couldnt eat it. We went there again lastnight around 10pm. We both work on base and had a long day. This was the most convenient thing. We ordered a chicken power menu bowl, grilled cheese burrito, and nacho fries. When we received the bag that looked like it was reused a million times, there was not even one of the fries in the cup, everything was thrown in the bag. To add insult to injury, there were about 10 fries total in there. The power menu bowl at first glance looked like it contained, cheese, sauce, guacamole and a few pieces of chicken. We went back through the drive thru to address the bowl and ignore everything else. We asked if they were out of rice and the lady on the register said no. We said well there is no rice in there. She was attempting to pull up the receipt so they can correct the error that we brought up. She gave it to someone else and told them we were saying there is no rice in it. Then she came back to the window and said everything that comes on it is there. We could see that they shook the bowl to reveal the "rice" that was in there. We looked at it and said, usually when we purchase the bowl, it looks nothing like this. She shrugged and said "the error was corrected so." That was it! You can look at the picture and judge for yourself. I didnt eat that mess either because who would want food that looked like that. We went to hillfied so i could get something else to eat. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! Judging from the the other reviews, the owner or manager of this location does not care because nothing has changed! I promise i will make it my duty to tell everyone that i know on that base to never ever go to that location. GO TO HILLFIELD!
Ordered the dragon tea with my meal in a group order, which somebody else picked up. The drink I ordered was purple, the drink I got was a pale brown with the tiniest vestiges of ice floating at the top. The employees had EVERY opportunity to realize this was wrong. What I got was unsweetened tea that was watered down in the extreme. They probably filled the cup 3/4ths of the way with ice then dumped in the lukewarm tea. There's no other explanation. Unsweetened tea is rarely good, but this was even worse. It tasted like if you dumped out a bottle of iced tea and then filled it with tap water and let it sit for a day, leaching the remaining tea out of the plastic. It was inedible. They didn't just give me the wrong drink, they gave me something I instantly had to dump out. Instant garbage. How wasteful. Oh and they messed up our order otherwise, missing an item or two.
Ordered dine in on a Tuesday night at 9:55 not knowing that they closed the dining at 10. We weren't told until we had all our food on the table for 8 people that we had 10 minutes to eat and that we were going to have to leave. Not impressed. If you have a 10 minute policy then this should be known before we ordered. The lady as she was locking the door let us know that she was locking the door and we could take our time and finish eating. Then another worker came out and said that we needed to leave.
The people working there were very nice and I was happy to see they were open a little later. I swung in got my food quick, scarfed it down and was right back in the road! Overall great experience and very handy location for travelers passing through late.Food: 4/5
Worst Taco Bell I have been to by far, last time we came my husband ordered a chalupa in which the bread was rock hard, he went back and they gave him a new one …. Also rock hard. We gave up and wrote is off as a one off bad night for them . Went back today to eat the lobby and couldn’t because of all the bugs EVERYWHERE on the windows and corners or everything. They look to be tree bugs from outside but there was so many you can tell they are most likely in the kitchen and not one staff bothered to clean the lobby up you would think management would spray for the bugs since there is so many trees . So we ate in our car, my husbands chalupa bread was not hard but the chicken was now rock hard and from our view we could see 8 employees outside smoking and messing around - no wonder the chicken was burned ! No one is inside watching it or checking on things. The Taco Bell in Clinton is way better whoever runs this location should be embarrassed
so i live right next to this location and i come here quite often. Im not sure who the manager is at night or if they even have one, but everytime i have called, it is always a lady with the same voice. she refused to make the burrito the way i wanted it because she had already packaged it and also no sauces came with it.... the receipt says everything on there. still no sauces... also a couple days before that they gave me soggy crunchy tacos. which has happened before. and probably a month or so before that, i went thru the drive thru and she said that they were out of ground beef... and then someone in the background yelled and said "wo we have meat!" and then she had told me "oh well i guess we can de thaw some meat for you" - and this was probably at 8pm....maybe even earlier... they close at 1. This lady that works nights, IS SIMPLY JUST LAZY. she doesnt like to add sauces, she doesnt like to make it the way you want it, and she just doesnt do her job.... its so simple... but she just does not care. so if you want some decent food and made the way you want it.. dont go around dinner time.
You don't expect much from a Taco Bell. You shouldn't even expect the meat to be more than 50% meat actually. The only issue I've got it the policy of having to ask for your cups if you are picking up a meal. Could definitely make sense based on unintended consequences though. Not a fan of having to order from a computer in person though.
Couple weeks back I ordered a #8 and Crunchwrap supreme. They gave me one Doritos tacos when it comes with three. Went back and they screwed up again and clearly don’t even know they’re own menus THEN today I went again hoping they had their stuff straight this time. They got all correct other than the cheesy gordita crunch with chicken they made it both times with beef. As well as ordered the red fire sauce but apparently they never graduated kindergarten since they gave me orange. Location used to be good years ago but every time I go there recently they can never get the order correctly and waited to order in the front for five minutes while the lady in the kitchen was to busy texting. I’ll just go to the Clinton location they seem to be a whole lot better
After getting a wad of bubblegum in my cinnabon things over a year ago i never thought id eat here ever again but tonight i decided to give them another shot. BIG mistake! Raw meat in both my tacos after qaitibg for 20 minutes for the 2 tacos i ordered. $15 later and I'm still starving and back home in east layton. Never again!Food: 1/5
This Christmas Eve at this Taco Bell location was a bust!! The quality control, missing items ordered, and rude personnel was the worst overall experience we have ever had with Taco Bell. Management refused to satisfy their customer when we called in minutes after receiving order, and denied to remake, and, refund due to dissatisfaction, unsat. Please, somebody provide this location some training on quality control of both food, and service, immediately. And not to allow personnel who take drive thru orders to tender, to both, cash handling and food preperation, that is simply disgusting. Food had the overall presentation of a preschooler, and none of the food was fresh, or made correctly as requested. The management on duty, personally admitted that the food was the scrapping of the barrel. The manager on duty, Jessica S., the authority in charge should have known better, then to distribute such poor quality and presentation of food, representing a known fast food chain, it’s awful. This is the first of this location, known on other occasions, as great customer service and quality of food. Food was not consumed, however food that wasn’t thrown away was photographed to capture this god awful experience. Waiting on the Taco Bell gods to help us, and help all future customers resolve this horrible experience.
