The usual fast-food "Mexican" eats. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito Box. Also inside was a Chalupa, and a Doritos Locos Taco, and some chips and cheese sauce. Everything was to order, hot, and quick. Staff was very pleasant. Grounds were well kept. Parking: Large parking lot with handicap spots available. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily handicap accessible.
I've been to this Taco Bell so many times before it is by far the worst one in the area. The workers are extremely lazy and extremely rude. Every time I get my orders my tacos barely have anything inside of them. It's an embarrassment to whoever manages were even owns this taco bell. My order has also never been right, I always have to go in and correct it. Not to mention when I used to do DoorDash I once waited almost 2 1/2 hours for my customers food. If you order past 8 PM don't expect the food for about an hour.
I come to this location because its the closest to me, that's the only reason. Just about every time I've been here they mess up the order. A couple of times the food was burnt. They were also having issues with their computers crashing, which caused my order to be missed entirely.
Taco Bell, where the lines are longer than a Shakespearean play and the prices are higher than a Shakespearean actor's ego. But let's be real, the real tragedy is when they take off the best items on the menu like the Chipotle Chulapa. How dare they! That menu item was the Macbeth of fast food - a classic, a masterpiece, a work of art. Its absence has left a void in my heart and a hunger in my stomach that only it can fill. But it's not just the Chulapa that's been taken away, it's a revolving door of items that come and go faster than a celebrity marriage. First, it was the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, then it was the Beefy Nacho Griller, and now it's the Chipotle Chulapa. Will they ever learn? Or will they continue to break our hearts by taking away our favorite menu items? But all is not lost, dear Taco Bell, there is still hope. Bring back the Chipotle Chulapa, and we'll forgive the long lines and high prices. We'll even forget about the time you took away the Cinnamon Twists, we'll forget about the time you raised the prices on the Crunchwrap Supreme, we'll forget about it all. Just bring back the Chulapa and all will be right in the world again. Until then, I'll just have to settle for a basic Chalupa and a side of disappointment. But deep down, I'll always be holding out for the return of the Chipotle Chulapa.
They always forget something. When u ask for a coffee they always say the machine is not working. Witch is not true last time i was there they said that and as im paying an employee is making there own coffee in a USED dunkin donuts cup ! Yuck!Food: 2/5
They offered sauce and gave me none. They gave me a literally unwrapped taco with the wrapping paper next to it. The tacos were generously put together. I did not enjoy the questionable service for unknown reasons.
Eat here regularly and the night crew really doesn’t feel like the night crew care. I got the grilled cheese burrito combo box, which includes a chalupa and a taco. They do not pay attention to modifiers, did not include a chalupa, and the taco was broken and all of the fillings were not even in the shell. Just frustrating
“Manager” Terry is terrible. My order was messed up and asked for my money back. It took 11 minutes for a refund. The employees left to deal with it were nothing far from helpful and kind but the carelessness and lack of concern and work ethic on the “Manager” Terry’s part is embarrassing.
Ordered a breakfast box and some other items. They ended up forgetting the hash browns. So my husband parked the car and ran in thinking they would just hand him the item that they forgot to put in our bag. Instead he was told to come around to the drive thru because there’s no cars. Makes no sense but ok. Went around and now had to sit behind 2 cars and wait again for an item they forgot. Pulled up and asked for the lady’s name in which we were told “you don’t need to know my name”. The lady handed us the hash brown and then ran to hide in the back. Will be calling corporate on Monday.
Everyone at this taco bell is always so kind! I stop by on my breaks at work, and they are always working hard to provide fast and efficient service
