Food is always good. Drive thru times have me fed up. Middle of lunch rush and the drive thru line does not move. Go inside and the staff won't even look at me. Cancelled my order and left. I encourage others do the sameFood: 4/5
They never get your order right. And I mean never. I love taco bell as much as the next person, but this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Awful service, awful attitudes, and the food is just slapped together with no care. This is like the 8th they messed my stuff up in a row. Never going there againFood: 1/5
Ordered an iced coffee and received a semi warm coffee in a normal see through soda cup with 0 ice. The person giving me the coffee looked at it twice, still handed it to me and then closed the window. Not sure how that even happens.Food: 1/5
Forgot to put items on our tacos/chalupas. Also forgot to put our 3 orders of chips and cheese with our meal. If they would just be more attentive, I believe it would be better. Our food was pretty good.Food: 4/5

Ordered a Keto Friendly meal consisting of a Protein Bowl without rice and beans. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. The dish was perfectly prepared and the ingredients were fresh. It's great to see that Taco Bell is catering to customers with special dietary needs and preferences.
I came here after work for a few tacos and a burrito. It took around 20 minutes for them to take my order at the front counter. The young man who looked like a manager, took my order, and was very rude and unprofessional. He rushed me through my order and would cut me off while I was trying to order. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my food. The 5 layer beefy burrito I ordered was very cold and it had no cheese sauce. Will not be coming back here.
ALWAYS forgets items. Tonight the drive-thru lady was eating at the window. Maybe if they were more observant and not eating while dealing with others food it would be better.Food: 5/5
Worst experience ever, even worse than pandemic days. Took over 40 minutes to place our order to finally being handed it. Then they tried to forget our Baha Blast. On top of it all the order was wrong, instead of my 2 hard chicken taco Supremes, I got beef. Then we got 2 free regular old beef hard tacos? No idea why those were there. Crunchwrap Supreme was gnarly and hardly edible. And the Nachos Bellegrande were a joke, look at that! No tomatoes, no black olives, just a plop of beans, meat and some sour cream. Extremely disappointing.
Attempted to make an order on the kiosk since no one works the counter. Had to pay with cash but was ignored by all workers who looked at me and continued to ignore me I said excuse me and the obese drive thru lady raised a finger and continued to ignore. Easy choice to never eat here ever Kid-friendliness: Rude and dismissive
