Taco Bell

Consistently bad experience. I believe there are bad days and businesses deserve a second or third chance. But this place is just bad all the time. Just read the other reviews. They don't know how to get an order right. They do not answer their phones. They don't even come the drive thru intercom. Had to drive up to the window to get "service". Seriously just go to the one on Camp Bowie or anywhere else. It's worth the drive to not have to hassle with this store.

First off, and most likely the root of the problem this is not a corporate chain. It's owned by Ampex Brands. My wife and I went through drive through, got food and a sweet tea. Got home, tasted the tea, it was unsweetened and tasted like it was starting to go bad. My wife went back, came home and told me the manager was rude, short tempered, and blamed her because she "didn't like the tea." I went up, asked for store number, manager name and corporate number. That's when I found out the are privately owned. The manager then said, "oh, you're the husband of the woman who came in." She proceeded to tell me my wife was acting crazy and threw the tea on the counter, and that she had 2 witness statements. She refused to give me the number to her main office and walked away. I sat down to try and look up the number. I then hear the manager at the front counter on the phone, talking to one of her "witnesses" saying the crazy lady's husband is here sitting in the lobby harassing us, so our main office will call you. Extremely unprofessional. Will not ever return. Save your money, don't go here, and maybe the owners will clean up their store when they start losing money on this place.

There was no air conditioning, the workers were rude, the restaurant was dirty. No baja blast or sweet tea on the inside. Lids, straws, and napkin holders were completely empty. Had to wait 5 min while standing at the register for a worker to bother coming over or even greeting us. Took another 10 minutes to get a lid. 15 minutes for food. Order was wrong. Worst restaurant I've ever been to.

First of all it took atleast 5 minutes to get greeted and our order taken. Half way through ordering the employee runs off and asks another employee to take our order because "she didnt want to take our order" then it took another 20 minutes to get our food. I went back to the counter to get hot sauce and stood for another 5 minutes while employees were in the back playing around and eating. 2 of them made eye contact with me and continued to play around. I even said "excuse me ma'am" as another emplyee walked by and she looked at me and headed to the back to eat with the other 2 employees. We had little to no meat on our burritos and tacos. The 3 burritos we did recieve however were supposed to be 2 quesaritos and one core burrito. All 3 were wrapped and said to have been quesoritos. After eating 2 of them the third one had the "core" alllll the way at the bottom of the burrito. Oh and th cherry on top was the freshly mopped floors with NO wet floor sign. This place needs new management. Ive never had such a horrible experince at a Taco Bell location.

We just gave up on them. We love taco bell and we rather drive to the one on Hulen than going back to this one. They will never get the order right. And I'm talking regular unmodified of the menu order. A truck stop's restroom will smell better than their restroom. We just don't understand this location at all.

Just went through the drive thru they took forever for my order and had me pull around To wait and all i ordered was two bean burritos and two Frito burritos. I get home and all the burritos are empty just rolled up tortillas when a smear of cheese. I tried to call and they don't answer the phone either. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

Messed up the entire order, the kid at the drive through window had an attitude, and when I called to complain I was met with the worst customer service possible. Completely incompetent and indifferent.

What a joke, came here at 3pm on a Tuesday empty place because nobody was there. We waited 10 mins and still nobody came to take our order, until we left and got in our car smh hope they close this dirty place.

There very hard to figure out if they have breakfast but I like when me and my friend go the boss is away nice and Rembert me when I come back later she awesome just wish I could figure out if they have breakfast

Worst place to eat in Benbrook, old nasty food and a very dirty place. Cold food and workers that dont care, teenagers can do a better job than these adults working this store. Dont waste your money
