I came through the drive through around 8:30 tonight, and ordered a cheesy gordita combo with no tomatos. When I got to the window I checked with the person taking orders to make sure it had been put in that I did not want tomatos, they then angrily hit a button and walked away. I thought it wouldn’t be a problem since there was only one item that came with tomatos… I was wrong! When I got home I found a burrito with nothing but onions and a couple small bits of lettuce and cheese. Absolutely ridiculous! How hard is it to make a burrito normally without one item? This Taco Bell location has now lost my service completely.
Good food. This is a Rare Taco Bell/ KFC Combination Store… they only had them in Maine and New Hampshire. Parking: Lot was well laid out for ingress and egress.
Stale food, uncooked rice, emptiest taco and veggie super bowl ever had, unhygienic place. One taco had only beans. No tomatoes, cheese or avacado sauce. Cheesy potato had chewy and stale potato. Yuk food, not well made. Staff was unapologetic. I showed one staffsmelly person all the food I ordered and asked about quantity and if he can make it well and he said they always make same way and cannot do anything and walked away. I could give minus. Do not go to this place unless you want to eat stale? uncooked food and want stomach upset.
The service was fast and friendly, the food was fast and hot, with the exception of my daughters 2 soft tacos, but when I went up and asked them to warm up my daughter's second taco cuz she ate half of the other one Caleb asked me if her tacos were cold and made her 2 fresh tacos and brought them out to our table. He also was more than happy to help me to be able to feed and water my rabbit. So, if you want great customer service and fresh food, look for Caleb. : Parking: Ample parking but be careful as there are some really large potholes
DON'T GO HERE!!!!!! Very rude staff and very long waits. I only come here to DoorDash since food quality, order correctness and wait times are all horrible so I won't pay to eat here anymore. Last night the wait in the drive thru was 20 minutes and there's was only 1 car in front of me. Order was picked up 15 minutes late due to this location. 3 days ago after waiting over 20 minutes to talk to an employee in the lobby to enquire about the DoorDash I was berated by the employee and told to leave the store. All because I asked about my DoorDash order i was told to leave the store and I was forced to reassign the order. So I didn't make any money and customer didn't get their food in a reasonable time. This location is horrible, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Last time I ordered from taco bell it was from Main street Westbrook and it was not great. Soggy shells and nasty meat. But that's just this one taco bell some are better than others.Food: 2/5
This is a last resort stop if, only if other fast food places are packed. Always dirty and employees more concerned with their friends over costumers.Food: 3/5
Clean store, however the Mexican pizza tasted like it was fried/cooked in old oil.Food: 3/5

Food cold and soda Pepsi tasted gross for overpriced delivery. There crunchwraps weren't RE half wrapped take it out falls out. Never order from there delivery way overpriced . My crunchwraps barely find flalt flat. 27 plus garbage was in the bathroom. Rang my door threw it by door took off. No extra tip that way. I go Portland no problem in person, but their taking advantage of delivery's simply flat crunch wrap food was very cold could been partly grub hubs fault. I'll never order through grub hub or from their. I'll go in person maybe to Portland or over by Scarborough. Never ever paying that price for cold empty food, basically.
