SECOND REVIEW: Anthony provided excellent customer service during our most recent visit. I adjusted my star ratings to 5's due to his quality service!! Service with a smile is always welcome. We all came from the local library with our free tacos earned by participating in the summer reading program. We also used our gift card to purchase a couple of their boxes which offer a lot of variety for a discount. It was overall a pleasant visit except the watermelon freeze was way too SWEET. FIRST REVIEW: Staff was not the usual staff I know from Saturday mornings. Saturday's crew is always pleasant and accommodating. Evening crew was busy but seemed to be getting overwhelmed with DT, walk-ins, and remote online orders. Food tasted good to the people in my party, but of the two items I ordered, one was not supposed to have hot sauce. Unfortunately, it was too spicy hot for me to eat it. I should have stuck to my usual rule of having the order taker read it back to me and confirming the spiciness level of my items. Kid-friendliness: No bells and whistles like some franchises have: video games on the tables, play areas, etc. However, it definitely has meaty, cheesy food options that most kids love. And it's typically ready to eat in under 10 minutes. Parking: Parking on both sides of building, some in full sun and some in shade. Easy access right on both sides of the main doors. Wheelchair accessibility: Convenience of accessibility right by the main entrance. Dietary restrictions: They do have beef and chicken and beans as protein options with lots of different carriers: soft taco shells, hard shells, chulupas my favorite, salads, and quesadillas.
Diego, christen, yuli have best customer service ever. Went out of their way to see how my food was tasting and exquisite personalities.
5 stars! We order difficult nachos and no other Taco Bell has made them correct except for this one! They were amazing!

I got crunch wraps from the Liberal, KS taco bell and a large portion of it except the very middle was empty of filings as shown in the picture. I paid almost $14 with taxes and all for 4 of these mostly pieces of tortilla. What happened to the awesome crunch wraps I had in the past that were actually crunchy in the middle and had sour cream, meat, cheese, and plenty of the lettuce and tomato filling? These were horrible and I was wishing I'd ate leftover spaghetti instead. Goodbye Taco Bell for me I guess.
Prices have gone way up. 2 chalupas and a taco with a drink $10. There was VERY LITTLE MEAT on each of them. Should have just bought some taco shells at the store. Ordering on the touch screen was confusing then I could not pay with cash. Then, I had to start over at the counter.Food: 1/5

I told Christine I didn't need a receipt, so I didnt get any of the info needed for the survey. But she was great! Went through the drive through. Even though the stores soda machine wasn't working properly and I said no ice, she double checked with me knowing the soda would be hot, and made sure I wouldn't get a warm soda. Most places and people would 1. Give me a soda with ice, or 2. Hand me a boiling hot soft drink knowing it would be that way. She was very kind, respectful and speedy. Employee of the month! #BringBackNachoFriesFulltime.
I got a taco box with no sour cream at libral Kansas and on all of my tacos they put sour cream after I went through the drive-through twice and they messed it up twice
