This Taco Bell location messed up my order on three different items but they admitted their mistake and corrected it. I am happy to see their nacho fries are back, wish it was back for good. Taco Bell needs to stop increasing their prices because it's ridiculous to pay so much for such a small portion. Parking: Plenty of parking spots in a shared plaza. Wheelchair accessibility: Big double doors for easy accessibility.
Last night I went to this Taco Bell where I was supposed to get $9 back in changed the lady swore up and down that she gave me $9 when I only have 4 ones , I work in the food service as well I wouldn’t scam her $5 lol I’m not broke to need to steal $5 and make a scene , i then told her I only had $4 and she walked away from me then a couple mins later a young kid walks up named Austin saying he’s the manger and he told me to come back when they closed and if their drawer was over they will let me know. It was an older later and then I asked him for her name and he said she don’t have to identify her self because he was the manger , I never heard of that but anyways , they always have rude and pour service here they sound so sad and depressed while taking your order like why do you even work here at this point ? So here I I’m still sitting here without my $5 .
I had been doing ride share. I was hungry. The 8-layer burrito was now a 5-layer. No explanation. I got one Taco Supreme. There was almost no flavor or seasoning in the meat. I was very disappointed.Food: 3/5
Victor, a team member at Taco Bell in San Dimas, CA is awesome. He has excellent Customer Service skills. Victor made us feel welcome and special. His eyes lit up when he assisted my Mom and I. Great job Victor. Thank you Taco Bell for hiring such an amazing young man!!!
Seat in the drive through and got no service. Pulled up to the window to see the girl inside just seating in a booth staring at me through the window.

I don't know if this location is under new management or what, but the food quality has really gone down hill. It seems like the food prep employees are more being properly trained. Got a burnt chicken quesadilla melt today. I ate some of it because I was hungry and don't like wasting food. We'll have to find another taco bell to frequent. Management really needs to beef up the training.
So disgusting. Found a blonde hair after eating half my taco. I’m pregnant and can’t risk getting sick. Tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up. Don’t eat here if you care about your health and safety.
For locals, it's worth noting that this Taco Bell's pricing is significantly higher than the one in Glendora. The service is excellent here and they are friendlier than in Glendora, but if you are cost-conscious, it's worth going to the other local one. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of veggie options here - far more than most other fast food options.
