My boyfriend and I were disappointed with two items in our order the first time we went through the drive through. Went back through, explained through the speaker what was wrong, and the employee said that they would remake it. We received the remake order, and got exactly what we were given previously. We ordered many things, but the two items we were not satisfied with were a steak quesadilla and a spicy potato taco. Our steak quesadilla, actually, both the first one and the remake, had a crazy amount of the quesadilla sauce and little to no cheese except a little bit on the side. One small detail that made a big impact in the quality, they didn’t slice either quesadillas. The steak was good reguardless of the other issues. Our other complaint was the spicy potato taco we ordered with no chipotle sauce. We opened the back the first time, and saw the sauce on the taco. Went back through, said we needed that taco with no sauce, and sure enough were given another taco with the sauce again. This taco also wasn’t wrapped when we recieved it the second time? We really just weren’t overly thrilled as we expected our order to be fixed after expressing our concerns to the staff. We will not be coming back to this location.
I have given this branch chance after chance to prove to me they can make a the food correctly...this is the last straw...I ordered a crunch wrapfirst time barely any meat, had a regular taco, meat tasted nasty, 2 cheesey melts- those were barely melted. The cinnamon twists were no or good either! I'm done with this location! They are very friendly but suck at making food!!!
When you are in a hurry, cannot beat the five dollar box for a quick lunch. Always enjoy it. Keep up the good work guys.Food: 5/5

You should be proud to have these people working in your establishment, not many good working Americans left now a days!! Kid-friendliness: ALWAYS TAKING THE EXTRA STEP TO MAKE THE KIDS HAPPY!! I stopped at Taco Bell today in New Albany for a convenient lunch and was disgusted with the food quality and filthy restaurant environment. The food was the worst excuse for Mexican fare that I've ever been served and most if not all of the tables had food residue on them. In hindsight I wish that I had taken some photos to attach to my review. The entire restaurant was very dirty but paled in comparison to the men's restroom! I was skeptical about washing my hands in the nasty sink while watching the floor closely for unknown vermin. If the employees spent less time visiting and more productive time working it could make a positive difference but I'm doubtful. It appears to be a management led cultural issue to me. The only question that I have is who or when is this establishment inspected? No response required because I already know the answer.
I never leave bad reviews but Geesh. Discontinued the Lava Sauce but had it yesterday? Okay. Then tell me after I order drinks that they are handing out warm cans of pop. So $4.60 for two cans of pop. This location is ALWAYS short staffed and there is ALWAYS something wrong.Food: 1/5
This place is out to lunch. Employees busy talking than waiting on customers. I waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos only to find out the order was forgotten. It wasn't even busy nor did they care. Choose another location.Food: 2/5
Wish I knew a corporate number because would let them know they are doing everything right at this location. We ate here for lunch today around 12pm and all the food was made perfectly. It was so good I came back at the end of my work day and the staff gave some of the best service I have had at a fast-food place. They had great music playing. My wife and I stopped going to taco bell for over a year because we kept getting bad service multiple locations it just isn't the case here.. Great all the way around.. from a fellow business owner treasure your good employees because they are what is most important. Happy employees make happy customers.. I'll be back.
The owner of this location needs to get it together. They never have Baja blast. No hate to the employees they are the only good thing about this location their boss is the problem
Do I need to say more? It’s taco bell, it’s delicious as always. The store always looks closed after dark but the drive thru was open, so we were very happy!Food: 5/5
