They only put sour cream at the end of my taco like seriously what are they thinking people only want one bit of sour cream no I paid for sour cream on my entire taco want sour cream on my entire taco I didn’t pay for a bit of sour cream and they put like no meat at all I understand I got extra cheese but put some meat on ther to compensate
Ok so busy there. And I understand it's overwhelming but be nice to your customers. Treat p.p.l with respect period .04/13/23 sad cause I love taco . And I won't come back. Kid-friendliness: They where RUDE AS HELL
You input your own order which I did. Submit a debit card for payment which I did. Then, I watched everyone behind me get their orders first. I finally flagged down a worker who claims there is no record of my order in their system. Then he walked away from me as if I didn't exist, somewhat like my order. I left very angry but didn't make a scene. When I got home, my bank statement reflects the withdrawal for my never entered order. Hmm. Out of money, and out with no dinner. Will never go there again. Horrible customer service! Follow-Up: I truly didn't enjoy writing a bad review but needed to express my disappointment. The regional manager did reach out and recognized my frustration. That's what I'm looking for in true customer service and appreciation. Thank you Nick.
This is the best Taco Bell food I've ever had, hands down. The people who work here are awesome. The dining area is always very cold, which is great when it's 90° but t so great when it's 60°. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian food and will make food to your specific order.
UPDATE- apparently they are far too busy to respond to an email after asking that I reach out. Must just be to make themselves look good for replying…. This has to be one of the worst Tacobell’s ever. To think I thought it was bad before they moved and now even worse. Staff is incredibly incompetent. Can’t make an order right to save a life. Everyone is too busy playing around than actually doing their job. The owner of this establishment must not care whatsoever because they haven’t gotten my order right AT ALL any time I come here. What a sad excuse for a food establishment. Impossible to get ahold of anybody above the gm because talking to any of the managers of the store gets you nowhere and they are almost always incredibly rude.
Why does the night crew always mess up our order? Every time I've gone for dinner they've either forgotten half my stuff or there's a bunch of stuff I didn't order. I know you're gonna respond with that "we can do better" thing but honestly at this location it's impossible.
Worse taco bell ever! Lobby was filthy, bathrooms were disgusting and the lobby was freezing. You could literally see your breath. Staff was very rude when we had to bring our food back because it was not right. Will not be back and will make special trip to the taco bell in Bennington,vt.Food: 1/5
I order thru mobile app all the time. Around 60% of the time I'll have a major customization wrong missing sauce, didn't remove a standard ingredient, etc or even straight up missing an item. Ordered a cravings box and a second chalupa and straight up the guy at the window looks in the bag then hands it to me. No second chalupa. Cmon man I paid for it in the app
Didn't offer a paper receipt because I ordered through the kiosk. The customer behind me wanted to pay cash and it confused the workers. This is silly. The food isn't good enough for the services offered or prices. They were nice, but you don't need my email or phone number.Food: 2/5
I didn't actually have to interact w any workers, but I spoke w an employee outside while he was on his break. He was super nice, very helpful when I asked him about the new location.
