This honestly might be the worst Taco Bell. Have given them 3 tries since moving here and it’s gotten worse each attempt. Replaced all the meat in our items with potatoes for some reason. All the tortillas were stale and I don’t even know what we got. One was a soft taco throw into a burrito and wrapped up. I thought we were being pranked. At least living here will help stop my Taco Bell addiction.
This location ALWAYS get my Mexican pizza wrong. I had to go back in the store to get a remake due to half of the inside being completely prepped incorrectly. I asked for lite beans, xtra tomatoes and cheese. Opened it up and one side had nothing on the inside, two sides had beans and one had a small amount of beef! Keep in mind the mexican pizza is cut in fours. It took forever to even get my food remade. No one apologized for the screw up yet instead I received a remade half melted cheese cold tomatoe Mexican pizza. My significant other came back in for the refund and was told someone would be right with him. This led to him being annoyed and left without the refund due to NO MANAGER actually assisting him. I then went back in for the refund and receipt and let's just say, it took FOREVER to even get a refund. I'm completely done with this tacobell. As far as the assistant manager thanks for finally giving the refund and to the manager "Branden", DO BETTER. You really offered a refund or a remake. There was no way I was going to allow you to screw my food up for a 3rd time. Unbelievable! 7mths later and the Mexican pizza has not changed for night shift. How does one run out of cheese and tomatoes and manage to fill half of the inside and top?
Every time I come in everyone greets me so nicely! They always offer me water. It’s nice and cool inside, which is such a relief in this triple digit weather. The new dipping taco is so so good! My favorite item is the Crunchwrap! They load it up for me, yum yum! I go here every week and they never disappoint : Kid-friendliness: Always kind to my kid
I ordered a 5-layer bean and beef burrito and the Doritos los taco. The taco had NO MEAT. The taco itself was so soggy when I tried to pick it up it split it half before even getting it out of its paper shell. The cooks do not accept ANY complaint well even if you ask them nicely and do not plan to fix it. Management does not run their store correctly or cleanly in the back and ignores all customers.
Up until today I've had good experiences at this location. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos and both were horrible. One was missing one side of shell and the other was so soggy it was disgusting. I believe part of my tacos were left on their prep table cause no greasier than usual so my guess the shells got wet? Poor quality for sure, especially for the prices these days.
Disgusting customer service. Aggressive upselling for sour cream and extra meat. Nobody in my house eats sour cream, yet every single item had sour cream on it and we were up charged almost $20. We love 16 miles away and the only solution is to bring the food back. Never again. $100 wasted and will be reporting thisFood: 3/5
Just need to say the work ethic is pathetic. Attitudes sucked and I literally watched worker literally throw my food at the bag. I'm getting tired of this location. Hire someone that cares about their job....Food: 2/5

Just went through drive thru and ordered Volcano meal and only got a taco NO burrito! Also ordered a crunch wrap #4 and to beg for the drink!!! This is not the first time I have been ripped off! I guess I should go through the bag before driving off!! I AM DONE WITH THIS TACO BELL. RIDICULOUS!!Food: 3/5
I am so tired of them getting peoples orders wrong. If you go to this location expect something to be wrong. I’ve had more wrong orders than correct ones. You think with an online order system that they would read the actual order that came in but they won’t do just be aware that if you make any modifications that they will be ignored.Food: 2/5
