They messed up everything in my order the first time so they went to fix it all which was great but then I found a hair in my food, are you kidding me Taco Bell! I will be reporting you to every agency possible at this point. Absolutely disgusting!
Mary C . Is the best taco bell employee at any taco bell . Great customer service and professional. She fixed my girlfriend's burrito cuz she doesn't like sauce. Was actually really polite about it too. best taco bell ever. They make the food good here. Mary C provides a great customer experience. Thanks for the fire sauce and diablo everywhere else forgets.
Prices are up and portions are down. Clean location. Seems to be all new staff and all we’re friendly. Also out of stock of a lot of things.
Breakfast is hit or miss. I enjoy the cruchwrap. They advertise open at 8am but a lot of time they are never open by then. Seem to open whenever they want.
We ordered Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito, they gave us a grilled chicken melt. My wife was not happy.Food: 3/5
Mary C is a kind soul. When she runs the drive thru you know you will be treated like a person not just another customer. Whenever Mary C is working her employees are up beat, happy to work and the food is fresh. My order is always accurate, the drive thru provides great customer service and accuracy my order is placed with ease, portions are excellent, and the price is affordable. Thank you Mary C at the Pinetop AZ location you rock! -Chipotle Ranch w fire sauce
Most taco bells usally don't get my order right but this TacoBell did there fast at what they do so that's good so I give this a 5 star. Being a vegetarian is often hard when it comes to fast food. However, Taco Bell has a great selection for herbivores they offer spicy potatoes, black beans or refried beans as meat alternatives. Mary is the best employee in this tacobell. I requested her to make my order because she is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. She have a real instinct to understand their customers. Good work! she have the natural ability to understand and feel what her customers are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. She is just awesome. Quick, hot and filling. Taco Bell hits all the essential hot buttons.
Decent food portions could be bigger though. Also seems like the work environment there is toxic seems like some of the workers hate there jobs and the customers
Got a late night snack at a vacation destination, Taco Bell was open and the staff did an excellent job and were very friendly.Food: 4/5
Had issues when I ordered on the Door Dash app at 10:30 and had to wait til 11:00 to cancel the order only to reorder and they purposely did a lazy job on my order just because I finally got my order placed right before they closed, by the way apparently they closed at 11:10 even though dasher app says 11:59 and Google says 12:00, then out of common courtesy I said "Ya'll have a goodnight" and the person at the window only said "yeah" and quickly closed the window in my face, literally the worst service Taco Bell I have ever been to, you would be better off going to Show Low for Taco Bell.
